Fantastic frozen custard and even better service every time we visit!
We regularly come here for frozen treats. The staff are great and the flavors are unique and flavorful. We also have our perennial favorites as well. After oral surgery my wife could only eat soft things and wanted Witt’s so we came here and they were so great working with her to make something that wouldn’t hurt her mouth. Again- staff above and beyond.
I have heard that Whits was really good and came here the other day. I ordered a hot fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge sauce. I was handed a cup with liquid vanilla as in the entire thing was drinkable - not remotely resembling soft serve ice cream - and maybe a tbsp in a gross glob of I guess was supposed to be my extra hot fudge sauce. So my first and only experience here was not good or favorable. I’ll stick with DQ.
I am a huge fan of their cookie ice cream sandwiches. These are easily cut in half to share.The staff is super friendly and patient as I sift through their options. I have not had a bad one yet! The real fruit chunks make this one super delicious. Strawberries with sugar cookies. So yummy!A cute shop and great addition to the Uptown Westerville experience.
So yummy!!! The mixers are delicious, but I love the creamy richness of ordering their chocolate frozen custard w/o any toppings. Hits the spot!
Love the quarts and the Custard they have. Never disappoints and it is one of .y favorite places to go.
Always 5 stars!! I LOVE WHITS! Whits Gahanna is my most visited location. Fav flavors are black raspberry chip, almond joy, and butter pecan! It’s worth the calories every. Single. Time. Great service always with a smile.
Marissa deserves a raise. She makes my favorite the best. She makes you feel like she cares very attentive and welcoming. I wish you would pay her extra to have her teach other employees how to make my favorite all the other employees are very kind and pleasant.Sincerely Francine Wismann
Nice little custard shop at one end of Uptown Westerville. It was wintertime, and during the holidays, so their selections weren’t that many. But what they had to offer and what you could buy to take home were plenty enough.
This is the first time I went there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Custard had excellent taste. Highly recommended!
