Consistently the worst Wendy's experience. Perpetually fills drive thru orders incorrectly. Order three 4 for 4 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Meals without any issue.I have expressed my concerns to Wendy's customer service about this particular restaurant twice in the past. No response has ever been received.It appears that only this particular restaurant has issues with maintaining brand standards.
After going to two Taco Bell’s and a different Wendy’s on Polaris prkwy, this place was actually open with people working! It was 12:12am, they were open until 1am. The food turned out great too and the staff was really nice. Everything was fresh my wife ordered food too but ate before I could snap a photo lol. She’s happy with it too :)I ordered a bacon cheddar cheeseburger combo, and my wife ordered a grilled chicken combo with extra sauce, and the extra sauce was actually there. ?This is a Saturday night, not sure the hours any other time but the other fast food places I went to either didn’t have enough staff to take my order or was only accepting doordash for the same reason.I went from very upset to happy and grateful that I was able to bring food back to my wife, thanks to this location actually having staff.Fully recommend. Five stars.
The seating in this Wendy's is really nice. It sends that all Wendy's are slower than usual when you're dining in. Guess they have to handle the drive thru lanes first.
Chock full of teenager employees with no customer service skills. Food was warm and not correct. Drive thru girl didn’t even say hi or even talk. Super rude and lazy teenagers.
Bunless Dave's Double add bacon, extra lettuce smothered in a tub worth of mayo. Which they serve up in a plastic tray with knife and fork. Very tasty and almost not fast food like.
Couldn't even remember our order, got it wrong and were rather rude unfortunately.... definitely not going back. Be best just to pack our own.
Wow, what a hypocrite, your owners statement is all about serving us during these trying times, but I'm at your store, I drive a semi so I can't go through your drive-through , and you have your lobby closed due to the weather? Oh, but your employee is nice enough to let me walk around the drive-through and stand in line with the cars so I can give you my hard earned money. I think I'll pass. This whole country runs on the products I move on my truck, but I'm treated like a leper almost everywhere I go.Thank you for nothing
My 91 year old father in law likes the fries because the are usually hot. He also likes the chilli.
Over salted fries, stale bun. Tea was super sweet. People were nice though. Busy night in drive through. No sign on door telling dining room was closed.
I normally love Wendy's, but they have completely failed with their new bourbon bacon burger.
