This location has been consistently bad for awhile now. I’ve given it multiple chances and today was the last time that I’ll ever go there. It’s slow, no sense of urgency from the employees, no matter who the manager is, they always has an attitude, and they usually never have what I want to order (smh). Try to avoid going to this location especially if there’s a line. If you have to go, only go when you’re the only person in line. I hope management steps up their game or is replaced! May be take some tips from the Tim Hortons off of the New Albany Rd exit on 161. That location is ran like a well-oiled machine- the employees are pleasant, efficient and hardworking. Otherwise, I hope the Sunbury rd. Tim Hortons shuts down and is replaced with a Playa Bowls, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

I travel a decent amount for work so hit many tim Hortons in a month. Stopped at this location two days in a row yesterday mobile order went though coffee and donut still took about 3 minutes to get that and at one point a staff member was going to touch said donut with a bare hand before someone stopped him. Today app said location was not taking orders go to box cash only no sign up about this before getting in line and was stuck while everyone else got these stuff. Thank goodness for the UDF across the street not the best but at least they have credit card machines working

Needed a creative way for my kiddo to ask his date to the prom and luckily they had the right donuts at this Tom Hortons. They don't have them all out so we had to ask for more of the chocolate iced, luckily they had some in the back.Odd thing though, they are made in Canada, shipped and "finished" here. Supper friendly staff made this a good experience ?

This is the worst gym Tim Hortons they made worst coffee I have ever test it is watery and cold

All these comments are first world problems. If you're late to work then don't go through the drive through. If the lobby is closed, guess what? Nobody owes you anything. Too bad. You aren't special. Why I am giving this store one star is because it is gross. The food is poor. And it's not just this store. Tim's is the very bottom in food quality. The coffee tastes like dirt, the espresso tastes worse than vodka, the baked goods are fine I guess. . . but it's just not great. Anyone who gets that upset over fast food needs to get a life. What's worse is I've heard the few people who actually work here say things about how management treats them. It's all a mess. Keep driving. Eat a fruit maybe. But just don't eat here.

It's annoying going here. One time they didn't have breakfast, another time they didn't serve anything except drinks.

I ordered a 20 pack of Timbits assorted and simply asked for no honey dip. I got 20 honey dip Timbits. They are only running the drive thru right now so it's not as if they are overwhelmed with orders. This was pathetic.

I went through the drive through around lunch time, today. I asked if they still had any breakfast items left. The guy taking the drive through orders was very friendly & helpful. He said yes they did. He told me they still had breakfast items. I ordered a medium French vanilla cappuccino (hot) & told him I had a coupon for a $2 breakfast sandwich. I indicated I wanted egg & cheese only (no meat). He didn’t tell me my total (I assume because I was using a coupon!). He told me to pull around & that they’d have my total at the window. When I pulled around it was a different person, a young male, working the drive thru window. He seemed to have no clue as to what was going on. I handed him my coupon first. I then handed him my debit card. He handed me a bag & told me he gave me 2 (breakfast sandwiches) for $5.00. He told me it was a “better deal!” I didn’t order 2 breakfast sandwiches & it’s NOT a better deal, but I didn’t know what he charged me, as I didn’t get a receipt (I guess I should’ve asked for one!) & he did not he tell me. Then I told him I still needed my coffee & he proceeds to tell me that he didn’t put it on my order??? What the heck is going on in there? So I gave him cash for the coffee, so I knew what he charged me, which was $2.29. So he took my coupon & I ended up paying $3.00 more than I should’ve & wanted! Is this some kind of scam? I was more than confused at what was happening, but there were a lot of cars behind me & I figured I could just eat the second sandwich tomorrow…sad thing is I went to another location on Tuesday & when I wanted to use a coupon, (the same coupon!) for a breakfast sandwich, the lady told me I could use it another time & that her drive through time was too long! What ever happened to “CUSTOMER” service & “the customer is always right?” I’ve been going to Tim Horton’s for years & years but the service has continued to decline, unfortunately. I think next time I will just save myself the trouble & head over to Starbucks, instead!

Went here to grab food and coffee before heading to Florida. Literally pulled up in the drive thru almost 40 minutes before they close and said they can’t sell food because they close in almost 30 minutes. It’s not hard to make a grilled cheese. Absolutely lazy. Then they bring our drinks in the wrong size and when asked for them to correct she attempted to argue with us over the size I clearly just paid for. Have been coming to this Tim Hortons for years. I won’t be back.

Got a lot of attitude from some girl early morning. Some dude had a much better attitude though which made it better.
