Very disappointed. Donuts were ice cold like they just came out of freezer. When employee gave change he had wadded it up and just dropped it in my direction. Had ordered a medium Irish cream cold brew that was horrible took one drink and just left on table, had to remind that I had ordered since my grandson had finished his 10 bits and the donut I had ordered. I understand the drive thru was busy but we were only customers inside. This was first time ever of eating at a Tim Hortons I wont be back.
Today I ordered a chocolate dip donut with 2 bacon egg and cheese snack wrappers and a drink. What I got was a blueberry muffin and 2 snack wraps and drink. They do not listen to the order and they do not check to ensure what is ordered is in the bag. Today is not the only time this happens. Also, they put a donut with frosting in the same bag with something hot. What happens is the donut and frosting sticks to the bag. They rush your order out the door. Management needs to instruct them on change to this process. Displeased with this location
I'm done going to this one. This is the 3rd iced capp that I've bought from there since moving to Westerville and it's DISGUSTING!!! Absolutely disgusting. Not sure if they don't clean the machine or just don't know how to make them but I've wasted enough money there. I literally just bought an iced capp and threw it away when I got home bc it was so nasty. See for yourself
This location seriously is a joke. There is this rude person in the drive thru that spoke to us in the most rudest possible way. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. Lack of good customer service and they’re always out but I guess that is out of their control but when you literally are told item after item is out, what’s the point. Only go here when my favorite coffee shop is closed. Don’t go here if you want literally the worst possible food/drinks and customer service.
Great Canadian company even in the US worked part-time there for about five years not bias but a good company management to own the store that I worked at for more than fair
Thought I'd grab a hot breakfast before work.Well, their doors are closed and you can only do drive thru.Their hot chocolate machine's down.Bacon, egg, cheese muffin was provided with raw bacon. Literally pink and white.Donut was cold, stiff, chaffing, wrinkled, and far from fresh.Was not given a receipt so no point in going back to wait in line to try to get a refund.Overall it was a 15min waste of time and money waiting in line to be served this sad excuse of a breakfast and warranted why I never eat here.
I used to love going here but the last several months have been horrible. The machines are never working, the orders are ALWAYS wrong and the customer service has been horrible. I will not be back.
When is the latte machine getting fixed? Love sitting in line for 20 mins to find out half the menu is unavailable
Ordered online, everything was ready at pick up and everything I ordered was in bag. Doughnuts, muffins and tidbits were fresh. Employees were friendly.
Consistently out of multiple menu items. Each time, they deliver disgusting looking food and bad attitudes. Most recently I ordered breakfast sandwiches and 4 honey crullers and 2 mochas. They couldn’t make mocha, so got lattes. The honey crullers were stuffed in a brown bag in pieces, and putting the pieces together, there were only 3. The sandwiches were burnt. I’ve cooked better breakfasts hungover at a campsite.
