Unique little location maybe a test for Tim's? Either way quick and nice staff oddly the window was really high for my SUV so it may be high for a short car, I felt like I was tiny lol.
Really spotty and clearly understaffed. You're better off going to a different location. Have me the wrong order twice in a row and wouldn't answer my phone call for a refund for hours.
Have received exceptionally bad service twice there now. They got two items of my order wrong and forgot to give me my card back.Food is always stale and coffee is ok, but doesn't taste great.
The staff sucks at this location and the products they serve are the reason why we won’t be back. This is not extra cream cheese; the old black woman there is USELESS
0 customer service. might as well ask them what you can get instead of telling them what u want left with 1/4 of my items and the one item was made with 75% ice 2 sips of coffee maybe
Very rude customer service. Burnt all my food and didn’t put hardly any cream cheese on my bagel. Do not get food here, it’s horrible. Trying to order at the speaker is torture when they yell “is that it” after everything you say. The only good thing is the coffee, don’t waste your money on food. Had to throw it all away and go to McDonald’s.
Business hours is 5am to 2 pm but they close 12pm vry bad
So cute.
Food is always fresh and warm plus customer service is absolutely awesome! Staff are always friendly.
I can't believe no one has said this yet, but this Tim Horton's is clearly a glitch in the matrix. Their hours are posted as 5am-2pm, but no matter what time of day you arrive, it is closed. The sign changes, too. No, I swear it does. I was there once at 11am. The sign suddenly said "closed on Wednesdays". That was not there before. I distinctly remember a unique symbol appeared on the frost on the window. The entire building pulsated then briefly disappeared, rememerging as a car wash, a raven, a Dollar General, then finally back to a Tim Hortons. Which was now not only open, but busy. Two stars off for being out of crullers.
