We are long time customers of this lovely restaurant at both Upper Arlington and now Westerville! Patty goes to great lengths to ensure her restaurants are as Top Notch as possible. Westerville is minutes from our home. Molly, Tristen and KK love and appreciate every customer and us as well. All the staff take time to say hello even when we are seated in other sections. The food, service standards and attention to every detail are rare today. Please don't pay attention to the slightly negative reviews. Stopped here for breakfast while my car is being serviced across the street and the food was great!Very nice workers, food was nice and hot and came really quick. Place was packed and I had to wait for a seat but it was absolutely worth it. Great food and great workers. Thank you for the awesome service

Great gluten free pancakes!!! Hard to believe they were gluten free they were so good. Didn’t have any reaction either!! Gotta recommend to celiac friends for that. I think they do cook them on the same griddle- but I didn’t have a reaction!
This place used to be my favorite breakfast place. Over the last few years the staff has changed and are not as friendly. Went today and was informed that they’re closing early today. I won’t be back.
It is small, cute, and friendly. The food is super tasty and the portions are a decent size. This was our first time here and we will be back!
This used to be our go to spot on the weekends- then they switched owners. The new team of owners don't have the same attention to detail and often the meals are okayish. Omelettes and potatoes undercooked, staff arguing about way an order was placed or indicating they didn't undercook something. When we have to drive back there to get a meal corrected it is easier to avoid the place and just go elsewhere. Too hit or miss to make it a recommendation:
Decided to stop in at The Pancake House this morning. Was greeted by Ana my waitress. Ordered the #4 Combo which has eggs, hash browns, sausage and pancakes. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Sausage was super tasty. Pancakes come with it and they are huge, Yummmy!!! They have plastic dividers up for safety reasons which is great. Place is super clean. Great place to have breakfast.
Service was speedy and great. The food was delicious. A women came over and checked on us many times to clear the table and refill drinks in between our waiter coming back. Overall, great experience per usual.
