The omelette was the best! The pancakes were good and fresh squeezed orange juice!

First time there. it will be the last. Poor service. no napkins. coffee was lousy. probably good thing they did not offer refills!! Many people there, so i guess it wont make a difference what I say about the restaurant. Food did not have good taste or flavor. NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!

First time eating at this lovely restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and warm even considering the time of day I visited was at the end of a morning rush. Food is beyond excellent. Brianna Lee my server was beyond helpful in assisting me with my selection of the Dutch Baby. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and look forward to visiting again soon. A priceless gem of a place. Thanks for the wonderful breakfast!

Had the Irish omelet and apple pie pancakes! Everything was good. My only complaint is that they charge you almost $6 for real maple syrup and it comes in a tiny glass bottle and if you finish the bottle (very easy to do) you have to pay another $6 to get more. No gluten free pancake options.

I was really disappointed in my takeaway meal. I had the eggs and hash browns. When I got home I had to continue frying the hash browns until they cooked all the way through. The eggs got cold while I finished cooking them. For a place with pancake in the name I expected a better tasting cake.My hubs got the sausage and egg, he said the sausage was as expected and the eggs- same.Overall, value for the $$ - I would recommend the big breakfast at McDonald's as an equal substitute.Far better options for the same price in the Westerville area.

Took the family to breakfast as we all live going here. They were busy but it server Josh took AWESOME care of us. There were a few minor things but he Stepped up and made sure that our group was taken care of. The food was REALLY Great! If you are ever in the around here you HAVE to go check them out! Small group, medium or large They got you Covered!!

server was wonderful and food was delicious

Today I ordered a veggie omelette which comes with pancakes. A customer next to me was served an omelette with French toast and I asked if I could substitute French toast for pancakes. The server said I could so I ordered French toast. When I cut into my omelette, it looked like it wasn't cooked as the egg was very runny. The server said it was due to the "juices" from the filling of broccoli and mushrooms. Really? It was also luke warm, so I asked her to warm it up which she did, and it was much better. So, when I received my bill, I saw an extra charge for my one slice of French toast. What she didn't tell me was that one slice of bread was an "upgrade" and it cost $2.25 extra. So, for $20.81, I had an omelette, one slice of French bread and coffee, which was never refilled. When I asked about this extra charge, she acted like it was just a normal everyday occurrence. I won't be returning.

From the coffee with real cream, massive sized bacon, omelette is an experience, apple pancake is heaven! Our waiter, Trystan, was an extra special bonus! All of the employees had smiles. Excited to have many more visits here.

My husband and I had breakfast there. I had Irish omelet and he had eggs benedict. It was pretty good. No wait time, all staff had masks on.
