We ordered chicken potstickers which were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Then, I had chicken teriyaki with brown rice and veggies. The chicken was a little overcooked and the brown rice was like none we had ever had before, but it had great flavor. My husband had beef teriyaki and did not like the texture of the beef due to some type of powder it had been rolled in- I'm guessing baking powder. Their teriyaki sauce is good though and we will try eating here again.
I drive across town from Galloway to eat here 4-6 times a month. This is addicting. It’s advertised as “Seattle style teriyaki” but reminds me of this small mom and pop teriyaki place I use to eat at in Portland Oregon as a kid. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. The owners and partners are very transparent with their eagerness to expand to other areas, and we are ready! This is a must try but be warned, you won’t be able to get this place out of your mind.Pro tip: mix the Sobe life water and Dr Pepper for a delicious drink ?
I eat here regularly. The food is so good and their sauce is amazing! However I did decide to go out of my norm and try the orange chicken and I just wanna warn you if you were like me and you think that it’s going to be sweet with a little bit of spicy, you’re wrong! It was so hot I had tears running down my face and my mouth is still burning 20 minutes later. But if you like hot, the spicy orange chicken is the way to go lol I still love you teriyaki madness!
Excellent customer service!! I called in when I didn't get a confirmation of when my food was delivered and asked what the status was. I believe I spoke to a Drew who went out of his way to call doordash and the driver to find out what happened. We found the food on a different floor of the building so Drew offered to re-make the entire order because it was cold. Even though it was a communication issue, I appreciate his efforts to make the situation right. Also, the food is amazing here! Must try!
This was my first time eating at Teriyaki Madness in the Polaris area. I ordered the Salmon bowl along with their pot stickers. I was actually surprised at how well the food came out. The salmon was to my liking as I do not like slimy wet fish and they made it just perfect. They also made the pot stickers crispy and they were amazing. I give this place 5 stars based on what I ordered! The inside was clean and the customer service was really good.
Love love love this place! So happy I tried it. It has become a weekly lunch stop (sometimes twice). The spicy teriyaki chicken breast and noodles is my fave! Always perfect, always delicious. The manager and staff are great and friendly and we always chat a few minutes. Get the app for great deals. Today's lunch was INCREDIBLE!
Teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken are the best in my book. Even proportions in the Jr. great staff at the Lapeer MI store.
Great service - great food! Hot and fresh!
The food was acceptable. The staff was super friendly!I ordered a standard size of chicken teriyaki with noodles. The chicken cutlet that was used was made fresh and I was able to taste the char from the grill. The noodles, however, had an oily substance on the bottom. I am not sure what that was from. The cleanliness of the place had A LOT to be desired. No matter where I walked, my shoes were sticking to the floor; a clear sign of using dirty mop water. They are going to need to come up with a better way to clean the cement floors. Overall, between the quality of the food and the lack of cleanliness, I am not sure I would be willing to return. I do wish the owners well... this is the first franchise location in Ohio.
First visit to TM, the store was nice the help was great however the chicken tastes like it’s not freshly made as beef jerky is more tender. The vegetables and noodles are all that saves this review. How do you charge 18 dollars and provide no fresh protein. I ordered the chicken breast. Disappointed
