Ordered a chili cheese burrito and received a wrapper that looked like it had been lightly rubbed with the back of a chili spoon and then sprinkled with a teaspoon of cheese for almost 3$, scrapped off there may have been about 1/5th or 1/6th of a teaspoon of meat on the whole thing, most of the workers were standing around, almost everything at the condiment counter was empty, everyone there seemed to be doing the bare minimum even when it came to the food so they didn't have to make anymore and could just stand around on their phones some more
Sometimes is open on the inside and states that they are open for dine in, but constantly is closed on the inside at random times. I wish they would at least put up a sign saying they are closed on the inside and state why.Edit: On top of this after waiting 15 minutes in line, they couldn't get my order correct. I am not waiting another 15 minutes just to get it corrected. Open the inside...
I went here to pick up for a customer. I went directly to the window, instead of stopping at the speaker. Hasn't been a problem with any other fast food chain to this point( even skipping ahead of customers placing orders at the speaker) but for Brooke, at this location. It was an issue... Unprofessional to say the least, I'm scared what food positioning I'd get from her crew to say the most! Worthless as a manager, let alone am employee! I probably would've fired a crew member for her actions. They made her a manager... I guess expectations are lower there...
Pulled into the drive-thru at 8:58 am expecting anyone with a huge "Breakfast" as part of heir sign to have been open for at least a couple of hours. This expectation was clearly not met as I was greeted with "We're not open till 9:00" at the speaker. I looked at my watch and asked "In two minutes?" which was neither confirmed or denied, but simply met with "We're not open till 9:00". I decided that I had driven here, and could wait two minutes to order so, no big deal, and placed the car in park. The voice from the speaker then asked that I leave as I was "running up our times". I'm not sure why these "times" outside of operating hours would matter, but left as requested to leave this review. Thanks!
They got our order right the 1st time am food was great but it really messed up my stomach bad for 2 days.
This place literally never gets my order right. Ordered a quesadilla combo, and they forgot the quesadilla. Order a bean burrito with no onions and they put onions on it 100% of the time. Unless I only order 2 simple things off of the dollar menu, I simply don't get what I ordered here. And it's not a "too busy" thing. Last time, there were 3 cars in the drive thru in total.I'm not unfriendly toward anybody, I always round up for charity, etc. Not like I'm yelling at people or throwing food through the window. They're nice enough to me when they talk, but I feel like missing the key item in a combo meal makes it feel fake. I'd rather have a staff that just give me the food I ordered than be super nice to me while they give me less than half of my order.I guess whether or not it's a good experience here is entirely random. I just can't get what I ordered from here ever. Oh well, there are other taco bell locations.
I never review, but there is a guy who takes your order at the drive thru... he's been there for awhile, and he is awesome. I go there like most, between 9pm and midnight, and he is always spot on, cheerful, and nice. That guy rules, pay him a visit.
I haven’t got my food yet so if could still quite possibly go wrong . If so , I’ll still give this location 5 stars simply for the nice person that took my order tonight . It’s 1am and the gentleman was prompt and friendly — great customer service (so far)
Fast and accurate service in the drive thru
The food quality here is awful. Basically everything i ordered was so hard and stale the tortilla would break off when you picked it up. The quesadilla was just thrown together with barely any sauce or chicken. Waste of my time and money don’t go here.
