Wow! Service was awesome and the two people that I personally dealt with were kind and they took pride in their work (which is rare these days). I am WOW'd by the service I received today at this Taco Bell in Westerville!!! I will certainly be back to this Taco Bell because of the interaction, food, and service I received today. Thank you Sidney S. and the co-worker that you were working with today that handed us our order. YOU ROCK! We visited on 5/3/2022 @ 9:15:42 AMP.S. TACO BELL BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!

The Worst Taco Bell Around! After Leaving Me Sit At The Window For 10min. After Getting My Order & Asking For Mild Sauce, He Opens Window Back Up & Asks What I Need & When I Repeat Myself He Gets Mad & Slams The Window In My Face. The Manger Has 0 Manger Skills. They All Smell Like Pot & Looked High. They Will Do Absolutely Nothing To Help A Customer.

Every time I come here (which isn’t often) they always mess up my order. I can’t have sour cream. Every single time I have ever ordered from this particular Taco Bell, it’s always WRONG. I only went to this location today because I was so close to it on that side of town. And their phone is broken so they can’t even get calls. It rings and then after it rings so many times it just starts to beep. Never going back to this location again.

Very disappointed. I ordered three ? with light ..cinnamon twist with a side order to melted ?.. as you can see from the pictures no lettuce at all which meant I had to go back through the drive thru line ??‍♀️

Went through the drive thru at 8pm on a Friday. The menu was lit up but the worker said they were closed. There was already someone behind us so we couldn't back out. There were two cars ahead of us so we couldn't leave the drive thru. We waited for over 10 minutes. This isn't the first time I've gone during their posted hours only to be told they're closed.

What is going on at Taco Bell in Westerville?You can order food, app says it is ready, get to the store and the doors are locked and the drive thru is closed.There are several people inside. No one will answer the door they stare and ignore.When you call they answer but don't speak. Then the phone hangs up. And my app alerted me that the order was cancelled 15 minutes after it was "ready".This is NOT the first time this has happened.

Drive thru design is HORRID!! If there are more than 3 cars in line waiting to order, there are cars sitting awkwardly in the middle of the service road between stop signs. TERRIBLE. Not the employees faults but corporate should have planned better!

Dad ordered a grilled cheese box, says it was fresh and delicious.The line was super long but moved fast.The employees are awesome and do their best. They are stressed and working long hours but still have a great attitude, please be kind. I highly recommend this location bc of the amazing staff.

Last several times I’ve attempted to go here, and keep in mind it’s always random times, I get the same line from the workers, “sorry we’re closed”. No explanation. Like tonight they had a line wrapped and literally had us waiting for a long time for them to just say, “Oops we’re closed”. They will purposely keep the lights off so people don’t know they’re open. Why keep this location open at all if all you’re going to do is staff it with people who don’t want to work?
