We ordered online from this Subway tonight, because there was a deal at this store that wasn't available at New Albany (each store is 4 +/- miles from our house). The hockey game was on, so I thought I'd be nice and go pick up the order. It was raining, and cool (60°), and it was hard for me to breathe, because I use oxygen. Even though the store doesn't do curbside after 7, they were very nice and brought the order out to me. That's worth five stars right there. I can't thank them enough. The only bad thing was I missed the Rangers first period goal against the Canes!

Ordered curbside, he refused to honor it even with signage in windows. Didnt bring mask cause I wasnt expecting to go inside, so I asked for a refund and he also refused. 11/23 5:45pm. He stood yelling on the phone at me through the window with my food in hand and refused to walk it out. I parked right next to the door. He said I had to take it up with the owner. My husband also had a an issue where the staff tried to fight him. This place is trash every time we come. We won't be back.

I just spend $8.99 for a $5 sub , I basically got bread with oil and vinegar the serving portions are ridiculous small and the gentleman if you can call him that should lose its franchise. Bad food , bad service , bad attitude I wish I could give a zero star review because that’s what it deserves.
Went to this subway tonight and found it closed an hour and a half before their store hours say they close. Maybe closed due to covid-19.
Very rude worker. We ordered subs on app that said buy one great one free and when picked up the worker at counter worker very rude and with a sharp tone said NO not at his store. What kind of customer service is that!!!! The app said it was a participating store Will never go there again!
Most times I've been in here the staff is unfriendly and doesn't have any knowledge of the menu. There is an older gentleman that seems so rude, it's almost sarcastic. After the rude service I thanked him anyway, and he asked me, "what for?" He obviously knows he's not offering good service. Avoid this subway.
Customer service is awful every time. Don’t honor most deals that are advertised either.
