So I went to order my Apple crisp that I love so much and unfortunately its out of season. But Mary knew how to substitute some flavors and create a yummy drink for me to enjoy. I did not see what the other girls name was but they both worked as a team to make sure I was happy with my drink. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and caring. Its hard to find these days is good customer service , and people who care.

The most amazing Starbucks I think around very friendly employees prices are a little bit pricey but it's worth what you pay for my favorite places to go me and my daughter inside and out

Don’t know if it’s a good idea to share names but went in today on 2/1/21 around 2 pm and the lady working had super good customer service, she was super friendly and polite. The drink was super good too.
Kids were happy with their drinks, but they needed to stock up on Vinty cups.
Coffee always good. A bit slower than normal.
Not the Starbucks to go to if you need to change the milk because of dietary restrictions. Doesn’t seem to matter if you ask, pay, and remind the person about the fact that you ordered soy milk instead of 2%. Last time I’ll slip into Kroger for a coffee instead of driving a little further down to Polaris Parkway.
Another day another Starbucks closed early when it shows that it’s open online.... it’s really starting to make me mad... I keep showing up to locations.. including this one... to find that it’s closed and that I’ve wasted my time and gas
