Received friendly and fast service from Aspen, one of the fabulous baristas. I've always received accurate orders from this location, North State St. in Westerville.

I have loved this location for a couple of years now but this morning I ordered my usual hot chocolate with 5 pumps of raspberry and was shocked! This drink in the past and at other locations is $3.65. Today, however it was $6.15! Much to my surprise Brooklyn told me she’s been trained to charge $.50 per pump. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Leonard, who in turn spoke with Chris, who oversees this and was told this is correct. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again. I’m posting this so you will be aware.

Worst Starbucks experience. The ladies who opened today were rude and laughing at me because I didn’t realize they weren’t already open. Won’t be coming back to this one. At least when these two are working. Learn customer service or at least manners. ✌️
Worst Starbucks experience ever. The two who worked this morning were extremely rude. Store hours show that it’s been open since 6 am but they told me (after they seemed to be laughing at me for standing there for a few minutes) they’re not open. When I asked what time they open she rudely told me uhhh like 20 min. It was pretty clear these ladies didn’t want to serve me. Won’t be bring my business here ever.
Slow, under staffed on a Saturday morning, out of the peppermint mocha. Don’t go here
Half the size but much better stocked and run than the one across the street.
