This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. Yes they do get busy but I think the people back there are working faster and smarter because they get you through.Shout out to whomever recommended cold brew with sweet cream. Not a big cold brew fan but I am a big fan of this drink! Awesome team!BOO on price of CAKE POPS! Stingy corporate greed not related to location.
The workers were polite and make my items perfectly. I go here multiple times a week and almost never do they get my order wrong.
I love this staff so much!! This is one of the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen but the staff is still so nice and good at their jobs! I love them and want to be best friends with all of them!
Using covid !! Sit down is not allowed 2+ years into Pandemic! Poor management! My last visit! What the heck they told me to go to “Panera” if I needed to read a book; for SURE I will take my business there forever
They are rockstars! It was a busy Friday morning, and every person was hustling to get orders out. The employee expediting the mobile orders was amazing! She was asking everyone what they were waiting for and updating status so that we weren’t just blindly waiting for our orders to be completed. They were a little behind the 9-12 min order estimate, but I didn’t mind waiting because you could see everyone was working hard! I always have a great experience here.
This is my senior rescue dogs favorite place to come. He has few joys in life other than the dog park when it’s warm enough and a pup cup puppuchino.If I had a complaint it’s that they make them too big for him because he’s such a little guy so we have to ask for a small on a lid.We always order our favorite drinks too. Something East Coast and extra for my wife (like a soy almond lite whip no foam) and something normal and basic and hot for me. They always do it perfectly because they’re amazing and patient and under paid. Tip them well! They deserve it.
Grabbed a few latte's after First on the First 5k race at Otterbein. Was right down the road and open! Staff was super busy and got my order out fast. Really hit the spot after being out in the rain for a few hours.
Drive thru is ridiculously slow everytime. And they need to block people from cutting in line from the back.
I do want to lead with saying the staff are pleasant and the store is always well kept. I've visited this spot off and on since 2010-ish and I've never needed a remake or had any major issues. The wait does tend to be a bit longer than I typically experience at other locations but it does seem to be high traffic despite the eccentric little lot they have to deal with. Overall still one of the better spots and one we recently moved near so I'm sure we'll become well acquainted with one another.
The coffee here is good and the employees, despite the huge work load, have always been very nice to me.
