I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this Starbucks. The lines don’t take to long as sometimes they extend through the entire parking lot. Customer service is ALWAYS top notch! No complaints here.
Although out of many breakfast items at 10am, they had excellent customer service in the dining room and drive thru was packed full. Well Done ?.
Service was friendly and quick. However, the girl working the drive thru window didn't listen well. Coffee and food were delicious.

Pretty hit or miss. The staff is friendly, but it doesn't seem like scheduling is planned very well or the current staff isn't able to handle a rush. I had no issues on a Saturday in the middle of a shopping rush, but for the past couple of Sundays, it's taken oddly long to handle the same amount of cars. Both Sundays, it took me close to 30 minutes in line to my order, but the same time on Saturday took less than 10 minutes. The quality of the food/drink is good, just frustrating to have to wait three times as long with the same number of cars in line.
Great staff, fun environment and nice area. I didn’t know what I wanted when I got to the drive thru but the young lady at the window recommended her favorite drink and it was amazing. She was sweet and bubbly. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where there wasn’t really a line. They got the cars out quick and made my day unforgettable. I've been here twice now and both times had to wait a very long time in line....today I was at the window for over 5 minutes, drive away, then realize my drink isn't even correct:( so bummed because this is right by my house. Will be finding another location to use from now on.
The morning staff is an absolute delightful bunch of young happy kids. The girls in drive through, I believe Rachel is one of their names, fixed my mobile issue I had and Teana or T? is so sweet. I came in last week and Ben gave me a drink on him. You won’t find quality like them anywhere else. Staffing is an issue everywhere so don’t take it out on these kids for doing the best they can. New faces and great personalities all around :)
This has got to be the worst Starbucks in existence. Staff is RUDE and my drink never comes out correct. Either go into Target or drive up another exit to visit the 3 other Starbucks inside the heart of New Albany to save yourself the disappointment. ?
I’ve had great experiences with the staff but this is the worst designed setup for a brand new location. Drive thru line blocks the parking lot and people get stuck. Also made it challenging to do order pickup. Speaking of which, order pickup has been unavailable for about a week (maybe staffing issues?). Corporate needs to make improvements here but no shade on the staff at all.
