It was what I expected. I ordered online and drove up they gave me my overpriced food and drink and I drive away.
If you like the blonde roast do not order here! The last few times I've ordered blonde Americano it's been the reg roast. I don't like the reg roast at all and dumped it out in the parking lot!! Tired of wasting $5 on a coffee I won't drink!

Love Starbucks like anyone. They have a longer drive thru line but move through it very quickly. Great service.
Great location. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but you’ll find that most places when it’s the busiest times of the day. You can tell they work their butts off to get you your order. All the baristas I’ve interacted with have been efficient and friendly. I like going in to study when it’s not busy too. The barista with the blue hair and the barista with the red hair are especially great :3
The barista, Emma, greeted me at the drive through with a friendly voice and a helpful attitude. She was patient and knowledgeable. I really didn't know what I wanted and she talked me through the whole process. Very fast service and delicious! Great experience!
This Starbucks is so convenient between Shrock Rd and Polaris Pkwy. The have a drive thru and ×alk-in service but no eat-in at this time. They had my drink ready ontime which is really great.
The Starbucks was perfect. They gave me my drink and they made it right. I even started a conversation with the workers. I definitely recommend this Starbucks.?

Supervisor tried to make me pay full price ($3.50) for a refill of hot water for my Earl grey, which is NOT Starbucks policy. Had to contact corporate to inform them this location's supervisor was gouging customers for something that's free. Greedy, uppity attitude from this location. Must be the character of the neighborhood.
