Marlo has great service and offers recommendations when you want to try something different. He’s been there a couple of times when we’ve gone and he’s seriously good at his job! Everyone is here.My wife is vegetarian & I am gluten free. That makes Smashberger a great choice for both of us when we want a fun meal. I’ve gotten their breakfasts & their burgers. We love all their sides. And if we are feeling decadent a shake hits the spot!
I'm confused on what to rate and review this restaurant as it stands the past three or four times that I have been in I've gotten a horrible wait times and my food has come out wrong that accompanied by the fact that the staff just does not care and the only people that care are the managers makes me dislike the restaurant but all the good memories I have of the food being amazing and the Fantastic customer support back in the day makes me love the restaurant I'm almost to the point where I just do not know if I want to even go back in to Sully those memories from back in the day
I remember loving this restaurant a lot at Denver but something change here or maybe the impact of Covid-19The fried chicken was dry and too salty. It used to be a catchup and master bottle in every table as well as tissue box and there are not.
Marlo has some serious hustle. That kid will make a great manager one day. He was attentive to all the guests and acted with determination to do a great job. He was working every minute he was there. I've run restaurants for a decade - if I was local, I would have recruited him and beat his pay on the spot. We will be back for sure - this was our second visit - but Marlos customer service and kind attitude really topped off a DELICIOUS meal. We have had two 5 star experiences now. I can assure you we will be back any time we are in town! It is a tough time for restaurants and you'd never know it from the quality this Smash burger delivers. The entire team should get kudos but Marlo is a standout employee.
First time customer …OMG , the smash fries are amazing and the classic smash was so DELICIOUS.
First time trying Smashburger... To start, the employee at the cash register was very rude and very openly rolled her eyes at us, which wouldn't be enough to comment on... but then I found 4-5 of her hairs in my milkshake. I placed them on the receipt for evidence and took them to the "manager on duty," who told me he would refund my ~30 dollars for the meal. I did not get that refund. I'll never go back.
We drove over 20 miles just to eat at smashburger. Walked in at 7.40p and ordered two cheeseburgers and sides to eat in dining room. The food arrived in reasonable time. When we were handed our food we were informed that they close at 8p. Pulled our food out of the bag and burger 1 was not made to order. We took it back to the counter and let the cashier know. He went back and got the manager/cook? Who came out and explained that that is the way they make the burgers but he will make a plain cheeseburger that was ordered. That burger was brought out and was told again the burger was correct just not ordered correctly and that even though they close at 8p we were welcome to sit and eat. After we ate we were again informed by the manager that they will be closing at 8p in the future and the next time for future reference how to order my burger correctly. All along there were 3 other groups and 2 singles in the dining room and no one else were informed of closing time or how to order food. I then explained to the manager that no future reference instructions were needed because we will never go back to this smashburger again.
Poor customer service.Tonight the girl taking the order was actively discouraging people from ordering by saying extremely long wait times 45min-1hr; but it took me half the time she told me (20min).Once I arrived home with my order (plain hamburger), I discovered it was a cheeseburger, which I couldn’t eat. Waste of time.For others: expect long wait time, as with all service industry.I probably will not be back.
Didn't put avocado on my avocado bacon burger and the Brussel sprouts were burnt
Ordered on the app for delivery for lunch at work. It went through and showed that the order was placed. Then it was canceled and an email was sent 10 min after ordering but I was busy at work and didn't check my email until when the item should have been delivered. By then I was angry that this happened as was not going to reorder for it to happen again. Not sure I will ever order from the app again
