Food is very good.. One of the better restaurants here in the Columbus, Westerville area..I just at least 2 shrimps in my shrimp egg rolls..:)
I was here once a few years ago and had great three cup chicken. Today, I had Dragon & Phoenix. That's General Tso's chicken and shrimp. The sauce on the shrimp was like if someone tried to make cocktail sauce but failed and ended up with bad runny ketchup. General Tso's chicken is supposed to have some heat to it. I could see the pepper flakes but I couldn't taste them. The fried rice was bland and had nothing but rice and a bit of soy sauce for color, but not enough to taste, and a little black pepper. The pepper was a nice addition but it was overall bland and made me think they figured out how to make it by simply hearing someone say but not describe fried rice and trying to replicate it. The egg roll was equally simplistic but it was at least good.Features: Workers wear masks at least half the time and there is a shield at the counter.
Fantastic service, food was quickly made and was hot, fresh and delicious! Good prices. Best crab rangoon EVER!
Worst Chinese cuisine I ever had! Even Panda Express taste like 5 stars compare to this. Take it from an Asian woman.
Wish I didn’t have to give a star. They shorted us two meals ($25) on a $95 bill. Called management, they said they knew they missed the meals and that they would put money back on card. Never did. I called again, they said they would, never did. Fool me onceAgree. It’s ridiculous.In response: I communicated with you on the phone twice and emailed. I even had my credit card company reach out.
The food was perfect and the young man who waited on us was very polite and we had the best service. We enjoyed our visit very much!
First time experience was good. Very good service. Familiar asian dishes. In other words safe choices. Good value.
First Time Here. Not even close to being tasty. I ordered Chop Suey, not good Wonton Soup, not good, and Egg Roll, not bad. My husband had Chicken Pad Thai, the worst ever, They came out and brought a bowl of chicken that they forgot to add. Will not go back.
Ordered hot and sour and beef skewers both were great. not spicy though
While I normally have a great experience at Silk Road Asin Cuisine on Sunbury road, to gifts meal fell way short. I had the fire cracker shrimp, which normally is my favorite was so overcooked it had a burnt taste. Then I had the Calamari, which was undercooked, underseasoned and begged for a dipping sauce. Lastly, I myself had the Mei Fun, which with the way everything else was, I am afraid to eat. It looks like it is right, but honestly I am doubting it,due to the cook rushing. There were three others who came in around the same time. I only hope their food was much better than mine. Oh yeah my husband had House Fried Rice, Firecracker shrimp and an egg roll. He had the same complaints as i about them, but he also stated he received no sauce for the egg roll. At least I heard no complaints on the fried rice....Hopefully, if I ever go back things are much better.
