Overall good experience and food. No complaints.

Always a good choice. Spicy chicken sandwich and Chicken Parm are amazing.

Our server was excellent, we were seated right away, food was good and exactly as ordered. The only problem was it was freezing cold in the dining room. I even brought a light sweater because I know restaurants tend to be cold but I was still miserably uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave. Even my husband was cold and he’s NEVER cold. It should be a clue when the staff at the hostess stand were wearing heavy sweaters or flannel shirts. I get it’s summer and hot outside but it was ridiculous

Always a good experience!

Menu items not as appealing as they used to be.

Great variety of food - my picky eater and my vegetarian both found good food that they enjoyed. Service was fast and friendly. They were really busy with a couple really large parties and we still received our food very quickly. Definitely recommend!

3 stars because the The spinach dip was amazing. And server was pleasant.Rest of the food was not up to par.First experience and "the bucket is too rusty" to visit again.?

My hamburger was tasty but two thin patties together to make it look thick. The noise level was low enough to carry on a good conversation without undo raising of our voices.

We had a great meal at Rusty Bucket as always!! That’s the reason we love to go there. We consistently get great food and service!! We all 3 had very different things; Reuben & sweet potato fries (YUM), sliders, done to perfection (juicy and bun toasted but soft, double nickel salad with the best salmon in town! Excellent!!

We had a great time at Rusty Bucket in Westerville. It was a beautiful day, all the windows were open. We sat outside and there was a nice breeze. The only negative that we had for the whole evening was that no waitress came to our table to help us for at least 15 minutes so I stopped one going by and she stopped and became our waitress. From there on, it was perfect. There were people talking, but nothing so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves think. The food was delicious! Two ordered the salmon dinner which is divine. One ordered chicken parmesan which she loved; the other ordered meatloaf which she had planned to save 1/2 for today at work, but it was so good, she ate it all. My son-in-law said Rusty Bucket has the best teriyaki salmon in all of Columbus and I agree! Had delicious desserts also: 1 cheesecake w/strawberries, 1 huge brownie with ice cream, and 1 strawberry short- cake with ice cream. We shared them among the 4 of us.
