Good is always done well and the staff has always been very pleasant, only downfall which I’m unsure is with the staff or the app, is that expect the wait time to be 15-30 minutes longer than what is told to you on the app. If you already know that though, then you can plan accordingly.
If I wanted a pizza with topping this sparse I would have went to Little Caesars or somewhere like that. A $30 pizza should have a lot more toppings on the two halves it’s supposed to. I expect better from you Romeo’s. How will this be fixed?
Best & most delicious gluten free pizza. They get busy and it is far easier to order on the ap & pick it up yourself. We like the cauliflower pizza but really love the regular gluten free pizza.
Pricey for the quality of pizza, also if you don’t like sweet sauce don’t get the original house sauce.

THEY TALKED DOWN TO ME AND OTHER YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN. I ASKED ABOUT MY HOURS DROPPING FROM 40 TO 20 AND THEY SAID THEY GOT ANNOYED AND THREW A PIZZA!!! THEY ALSO SAID I UNDERMINDED MANAGEMENT WHEN I GAVE THEM MY CONCERNS ABOUT MY PAY AND HOURS. THEY KNEW I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE CLOSER TO WORK AND THENN THE WEEK AFTER THEY DROPPED MY HOURS. THE GENERAL MANAGER HAS A PERSONAL PROBLEM OBVIOUSLY. THEY DONT LISTEN TO WORKERS. I WOULDN'T SUPPORT SHOPS LIKE THIS. ALL THIS HAPPENED WHILE WORKING IN THE WESTERVILLE AND POLARIS LOCATION

Absolutely the worst experience ordered one pizza waited over a half hour while they told me my order was out next four times over that next half hour
