The shrock road pizza hut is surprisingly good. After going through a lot of the other chains around like Donatos and Dominos I ended up preferring Pizza Hut's with extra cheese over the other's. As well as the delivery drivers are older and very personable and down to earth.
Always courteous and polite staff, hot delicious food, clearly prepared with care. I order carryout from this location because it's SO much better than the closer one which is my designated delivery store
I ordered two pizzas for my family. The pizza that I ordered for my children when I got home had spicy seasoning all over it. When I try to call the restaurant to get it rectified I was placed on hold two separate times for over 20 minutes. My issue was never resolved. My kids refuse to eat their pizza because it was way too spicy. I had to make my children something else to eat
My carryout was supposed to be ready at 7:43 p.m. Somewhere around 9 p.m. they completed the order. First one pizza, then had to wait until they put the second one in. Complete disarray and confusion in back. Many people who were there, canceled their order. The manager told me it was inexperienced people in back. That was quite evident. They got me my pizzas, and then offered a refund on my purchase. Which I accepted. When I placed my order online, it said the order would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. It took 75 minutes from the time I got there.
Pizza could have been a little better put together, the one was very very messy. Still tasty and overall good. The delivery guy was stellar! Had a great personality and chatty. Good guy!
Our order was incorrect. We had ordered a hand tossed large with bacon pineapple and mushroom, but received a thin crust with pepperoni green pepper and mushroom. The pizza was quite cold, though the boneless wings were hot.
The pizzas were terrible. There was hardly any sauce and cheese on both pizzas. We were very disappointed. The mushroom pizza was the worst. We have never received pizzas this way before. We order from your store on a regular basis.
Very welcoming, food was hot and fresh. We tried the fries and mozzarella sticks for the first time and we were impressed!

3 topping large thin crust was excellent. Right amount of toppings cheese and sauce. Pizza was ready when I got there.
