On hold for 25 minutes so far. They have the creepiest call waiting ever. They close way too early so we accidentally placed a pick up order at night to find out it was going to be ready in the morning. There was no way to cancel it so now we have pizza sitting there waiting for pick up. I’m really frustrated because we used our papa points and probably won’t get that back.
Wrong order was delivered. After waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes to report, I spoke with someone And was told they realized their mistake and my order was being reprocessed. It would take another 20 minutes to arrive. I was told not to worry about the food that was delivered, but unfortunately I had two little boys who were hungry and the wrong order wasn’t acceptable for them. A verbal apology was given, but that didn’t provide the pizza that was expected.
If I could give zero stars I would. There isn’t a way to tell how long delivery will be until after you’ve placed the order. Upon finding out it would be over 100 minutes I tried to cancel. Well nobody answers the phone at the restaurant so there isn’t any way to cancel. If you would just provide people an opportunity to see what the delivery time before completing an order this would solve this problem.
Always best with clean ingredients, employees repeatedly misses out Customer instructions like cut type, seasonings.
Great pizza and cheaper price than Donatos which I equally love. This store in particular always arrives within 45 minutes of me ordering and stay open long I think until midnight so it’s usually less of a hassle and cost point than ordering from Donatos.
The worse store I have ordered food twice and never received. No one answers the phone at the store. Waited 90 minutes for food to be delivered their app said it was but never got. On hold listening to the stupid message to have someone answer for almost an hour and still nothing. Will never be ordering from them again!!!
Just ordered and they said 1hr and still have not received it for delivery and try to call store closed and already charged my card this location is very poor at what they do have been going here for a while and always something
Never open... Tried to order a pizza at 8pm, store is supposedly open until 10:10. No pick up or delivery available. Sad ?
I ordered food to be delivered spent $32 roughly my food never came they told me it’s gonna be 92 minutes for delivery OK that’s fine but hrs past I called and called they never answered the phone and now they’re closed at 9 PM
Randomly decides in the middle of your online order that they don't do carryout anymore then tries to charge you a ridiculous fee to deliver.
