Wonderful customer service!! Delicious food!
My order under Sarah last night was given to a door dash driver who was also picking up for a Sarah. Apparently looking at last name or full name isn’t something they do here. Old lady behind counter got an attitude when I asked how they were going to resolve this. Eventually said that she didn’t have to remake my order. Told me they would have my food done in 5 minutes and I waited inside for 15.5 minutes. Showed her my stopwatch and she went off saying there was no way it took 15 minutes. Go look at the security tapes and time stamps…I sat there 15+ minutes. Refused to issue any type of apology or refund. 1st and last time ever visiting this poor excuse for a pizza shop.
waited on hold 15 minutes after calling to report that Doordarsh never brought 2 items that I paid for. finally someone answered to say they're not taking orders and hung up on me. most people don't like paying for items they never received.
Called and placed order for delivery; courteous staffer took order (1 large pepperoni) and said it would be delivered in 24-34 minutes. After a 1 hour wait we called, very difficult to get a person. Tried calling 2 more times, when we finally got a staffer, she said it was out for delivery. We asked if it was being delivered by one of their drivers or a contracted delivery company and they transferred us and nobody answered. We finally got the pizza, it took 70 minutes from our order to delivery and the pizza was cold, very cold. I realize it’s very difficult for many businesses to get help during these times; and I’m patient because of it; however, they should not commit to a delivery time and if using a contracted delivery, use one that can keep the product hot.
I usually have a good experience but this time i’m so annoyed. I ordering my pizza to the wrong address and have called 6 separate times to change it and no one has answered. it’s 7 on monday i don’t understand the hold up but this is really disappointing.
My complaint is NOT with Papa Johns! It’s with Door dash! I left a big tip in an envelope on my door… asked them please DO NOT ring the doorbell !!! Just leave on porch. They rang doorbell 3x and woke up my baby! Dear DoorDash.. if your drivers cannot read English, don’t send them
Owner acts disgraceful.. Placed web order at 6 for pickup. At 630 the SINGLE employee in store had not started order. Owner charles burris calls to place personal order. I was next to phone and could hear him say make his order a priority over other customers. I asked server if mine was even in yet. I was told he would be working on mine but owner required priority or he would get fired. Clearly short-handed offering $11 when many others here are offering $15. A store that is only "owned to make pizzas for owner" is a company disgrace
Terrible customer service..received the wrong order and an opened garlic sauce. ?
Food took about 3 hours to arrive and wasn't fully what we ordered. Some of the food was a little burnt while other parts seemed undercooked and were still doughy in the middle.Our deliver driver was very friendly though.
Great job,, take out or get delivery.
