They were VERY skimpy on their toppings. We paid extra for mushrooms added on our pizza. There were maybe 6 or 7 VERY small pieces of mushrooms on a large pizza. We also ordered the large pepperoni, sausage and 6 different cheese pizza with mushrooms added. It didn't look like there were 6 different cheeses and this pizza had maybe 6 or 7 VERY small pieces of mushrooms on it as well.
It's Papa John's so the pizza isn't mind blowing, but this place has yet to give me a bad customer service experience, and their pizza is always hot, fresh, and a solid meal. My biggest complaint about Papa John's in general is the call-in situation. Having to work with a call center and not getting to speak to and order with someone that actually works in the pizza shop is really undesirable.
They hire druggies. Not SAFE at all. I warn you! Earlier today after placing order with the dude cursing, 20 minutes later when I asked if my order is ready I was told it wasn’t even placed. Instead of an apology I was cursed and almost assaulted. Is this how your unprofessional employees treat your customers? He was probably high on Meth.
I have been trying to follow up on non-delivered items for a week now. On the day I ordered, I spent over 30 minutes collectively on hold never to get anyone on the phone to resend or refund me. I called the corporate line and was told I’d be contacted in 48 hours. That never happened. Three days later I called corporate again and was asked to wait 48 hours for the store manager to call me. Also never happened. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold at this location, again, with no one picking up the phone. I called corporate, again, and this time they attempted to call the store. Surprise, no one picked up, so I have, again - for the third time now- been asked to give 48 hours for a call back from upper management. At this point Papa Johns has stolen my money and given me the run around. This is completely unacceptable. Any business that treats its customers in this fashion deserves to fail.
I pre-ordered to have pizza delivered and it was 35 minutes late. I was on hold for 33 minutes and never spoke to anyone to try and see when my order was coming.
It was yummy! I hope more 25% off deals! ? everything was ready and hot!
The pizza is the best but I dont know if it's worth the 30min it takes for someone to answer the phone when I'm trying to correct a delivery time. I guess cold pizza is still good if it's still there. It might be ok if it weren't for the horrible bacon advertisement that I had to hear over and over like forty 40 times. It's funny that it starts off with "Too long have you waited..." Very accurate. Then at the end it tricks you into thinking someone has finally answered with a quiet segment followed by a whisper "better ingredience, better pizza, papa johns." Perhaps I should have caught on after the fourth go around. But I just fell for the silence again.
Hopefully the name change allows Papa to pay his employees more so this location can deliver again, or take online ordering, or answer the phone.
The staff and management were horrible. Was hung up on because my order was done wrong. Couldnt find my order, almost 2 hours late. Nonsense. Stay away from this location.
I was just charged $28.10 for an $18 Pizza from an oriental computer sounding female on the phone. I have been a long time customer and I will never give them another dime of my money for the rest of my life. Bye.
