This location is hit or miss. They do a great job at ignoring you id you are picking up a grab and go order.Typically 90% of the time I get my order, make my drink without so much as a hey, or thank you.About 25% of the time they leave out the napkins and/or utensils.50% of the time they offer the croutons for my French onion soup.99% of the time their salads are perfection.Breakfast is overpriced in my opinion. Today we got a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta- see pics- it was $5.99 for a little cheese, 1.5 pieces of bacon and maybe 1 egg on the bread and it was okayish. It was definitely not even worth $1.99. Considering I got a free beverage as a result of their promotion, it still isn't worth their cost. I can get more for less at Wendy's and it would taste more fabulous.Overall, I would call this fast food, but overpriced fast food. The exception is I have to go in to get it and make my own drink, so maybe it's take out?!?

Out of several menu choices. No dressing for a Cesar Salad and very wimpy lettuce in Fuji apple chicken salad. Only ate about 1/3. Only one soup choice when 5 or 6 are on the menu. Amazingly the restaurant was very crowded. Overall, a disappointing lunch.
It seems every time I go to the north Westerville Panera something is wrong with my order. Which I find after I go home. Today my Fuji apple salad was missing both the apples and the pecans. I was bot given choices on my sides but was told i was getting baguette with everything. And I have had experiences like this many times including missing meals. If I’m spending this much on deli food I expect to get the food I ordered.
Panera has great bagels and decent coffee.

the general manager is horrible here with delivery orders. like really bad to the point i would highly suggest just avoiding this location if you really want panera go to the one on south state instead. she's horrible with door dash and makes drivers not want to deal with her orders.

My partner and I ordered from this store to have lunch with a friend. We placed the order 2 hours before pickup and it was paid for in part with a gift card only for me to arrive at the store and was told that the order was canceled with no text or calls emails or anything and they're only excuse was that they were busy and decided not to take any online orders.The manager just basically shrugged her shoulder s and said there wasn't anything they could do about it. To me this was very unexcusable as I had just driven 10 minutes only to get there and be told that the order was canceled without notice. I don't believe that Panera will be getting my business anytime soon!!
