nice cashier. food prepared quick!

This location is similar to the North location in that it is hot or miss. I'm thinking that this is the new normal. They need a QC person to check the orders before they are placed in the shelf. No large drink lids tonight. No croutons for my French onion soup and no napkins or soup spoon. The soup was good (as expected) and the sandwich was a little haphazardly made, but otherwise tasty. It was nice to see they had a chocolate chunk cookie ? which my pick up guy (son) proclaimed was still warm and delicious.Overall an average experience.

So, I don’t do this a lot and I’m sure the kids working here are good kids, but jeez, the employees behind the prep counter are non-stop complaining and swearing while they do it. I counted two kids in the place who didn’t need to hear that. If you want to complain about work, your co-workers, or your employers, fine, I’ve had bad jobs before, but don’t do it within earshot of customers.

The young girl behind the counter waited until I got there to tell me that my online order( that I already paid for and it was completed online ahead of time) was out of stock of the main course. She said " you can pick something else," I wanted my money back at least, but she wouldn't comply. Sad service. Never had a problem until this craptastic location!!!

How can you justify charging as much as you do when you can't manage to put all the items on the bag? Happens far too often. Spent another day without lunch courtesy of your neighborhood Pantera

Probably the worst ordering experience ever. If they had someone who could run a register they would be immensely better.

I didn’t catch her name but the woman working at the register wearing a tie dye mask and I think she had a collarbone tattoo was so sweet throughout the whole transaction and really just lit up my day.

People behind counter complain about there jobs way too much. They complain about food people order and question why a customer ordered soup at 10:30am not knowing if customer is ordering for a patient who is sick and unable to get out due to pandemic. The workers need to be mindful of their choice words because they may not know who is listening.

Jan 2022 Update: So the people who work here have awesome customer service skills, I love it. I come here very often for breakfast and have for a few years, because my work is just down the road. Prices have gone up dramatically, just like they have everywhere else, and I am not knocking stars for that. But relative to price, their product is wrong, poor, and consistently inconsistent as of late. I order large hot drinks, and often I will get a small size with it only filled up HALF way. Then the next day, I will get a correct, full, large size, only to be given a small size half filled the day after.I order a few bagels with cream cheese, and they forget all the cream cheese. I order egg and cheese breakfast sandwhiches, and they will often give me ones with meat.I am more than willing to accept price hikes if given the same quality meals I am used to getting, but my orders are wrong 2-3 days a week in the past two months. Don't know what's up. I don't come during busy time - I come early morning so I don't get it.

Appeared dirty. A lot of standing around by the employees. Looked to be mold growth in the tea machines. Soup was cold.
