My review starts with the beginning of our evening with our lively/quirky waitress, Cindy! We enjoyed her commentary and the thoroughness of her attention to our needs. My caesar salad and my husbands wedding soup came out prior to the meal, which is how I feel it should be. Both were great. Both the Italian bread and the garlic sticks were warm and soft. I had the eggplant Parmesan with the penne and mushroom marinara sauce which had been prepared exactly as I had asked for it to be! My husband had the lasagna which he gave his rave reviews to. Thank you Monte Carlo for the excellent food and dining experience.
Decent food but not anything I'd want to have again. The house salad was a joke, just a bowl full of lettuce with 4-5 black olives and 3-4 cherry tomatoes cut in half. Fish sandwich had far more bread than fish. Restaurant was clean but certainly run down.
The food was amazing... The service was amazingly slow...This place could have been a five star rating but the service was really bad. I didn't want to give it three stars because the food was amazing. I hope the waiter gets better because this is a good Italian restaurant. We came in and we're seated almost right away which was awesome. But apparently they forgot they seated us and it was 15 minutes before someone took our drink order. We ordered the large sweet Italian salad which was really good. Wifie got the combo dinner with fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parmesan which they were all ready good. I got the fresh veal parmesan with gnocchi which I really enjoyed. The bread was really good. Overall this was a good place for dinner but it took an hour and a half to eat because of the service.
Ordered two family meals one with four meatballs. Asked if I could extra rolls in place of one of the salads that was a $2 charge. Would think rolls would be less expensive than salad.guess not. Went to fed ex came back to get order. No salad with order asked young man working I said only wanted to replace one salad with rolls. Get home no meatballs called young man who took Order was like did you order I said yes and you charged me. So out $8 and wouldn’t have tipped had I known. Mind you only two patrons in restaurant would hate to see if busy. Thanks lace has gone downhill food not as good as it use to be. Giomarcos from now on.
Great place to dine. Old fashioned atmosphere. Great food. I only give it 4 stars because their prices are a bit high, maybe because of the current situation...
Friendly staff, quick service. Had pizza sub for lunch. Good pepperoni.
I ordered my food they give me a time to pick it up I got there I had to wait 45 minutes because they lost my order didn’t offer me any discount And the pizza guy I would read it a 0.7 Pizza Hut make better food
First time dining here. The food was all delicious. Had gnocchi with meat sauce and cheesy garlic bread. Service was good and pleasant. Sadly they were out of cannoli today. I will surely go again.
Dined in tonight with my kids. They got kids meals and I got pasta. Everything came out fresh. The man that seated us was polite and even commented how cute my kids were. Our server was so bomb! She had blonde hair, I think she said her name was Jessica. She was friendly, interacted with my children multiple times, and continued to check on us periodically. Great family-oriented atmosphere! Thank you for the good service!
Just stopped at 8:05pm - they close at 9:00pmOpen sign is on, everyone is cleaningI asked if we are too late to eat (party of two) I'm told they are "trying to close by 8:30, so probably"Will NOT be returning, glad I'm not the owner ?Response to response from owner: So, just so I'm understanding, you don't open until 11:30 every day, CLOSED Sundays, but you have to close to diners an hour early on a weeknight to clean carpets?and none of the times you mentioned are listed online OR on the door....Again, will not recommend or be back.Will just stick with Giammarco's! They value their customers.
