Thank you, McDonald's for showing me how good Burger King's Sausage Croissant'wich is! I will NOT return to this McDonald's!I am done with this McDonald's. Every single time I go here, through the drive through, if I go into the outer drive through ordering lane, they take five to six orders from the other inner lane before coming back to the outer lane.So today, when they finally got around to seeing if I was interested in ordering, it was seven cars through the inner lane and about a four minute wait at the ordering box for me, sitting there. When they finally came on , I told them that while I patiently waited and counted seven cars order and move on from the inner lane, that I just wanted to tell them I am not coming back, and that I will be giving my orders to Burger King, just down the road from now on, due to their poor service.I indeed went to Burger King, and the sausage Croissant'wich blows the McDonald's version out of the water! I indeed will NOT be back to this McD's. If you can't run the drive-through properly, I can only imagine what they're cooking up inside and slinging out to people.
At the drive thru tonight it was a joke. we put in a simple order and they acted like it was complex. when we got home both of our orders were wrong. couldn't tell if it was just a new person working or what, but the service was terrible. add to the fact that the drive thru had a long line of cars. we must have waited 15 to 20 minutes to finally get 2 burgers and a double quarter pounder (which they did incorrectly). unbelievable.
At the start of my order I asked it the store was doing the 2 for 6 deal and was told yes I ordered my food and when I got to the window the total did not reflect the deal. I asked to speak to a mgr who was rude and said there was nothing she could do and just walked away. When I asked the girl at the window the name of the mgr so I could put it in this complaint she would not give it to me she woulden give me her name ether, neither if them were wearing name badges. I paied full price for my food and left. I'm not looking for any refund(thow the difference for the 2 for 6 would be nice) all I really want is for that mge to apologize for being rude to me. This txt was also sent as part of a corporate complaint the this review will be updated with any response from the CS team.
Bathrooms deserve -5 stars. Found burgers in the sinks and toilet, fries everywhere. Order always wrong, long 50 minute wait for big breakfast if order correct, staff has no clue how app works and can't use my rewards. Just garbage. Go to Culvers instead!! Edit: Used to be open 24/7 I don't know why, even before pandemic they closed early. Also ice cream machine is broken, they're just lazy honestly.
Last 5 times going through the drive thru; order never right, takes at minimum 20 minutes even when there’s only a few cars in line, drinks are always watered down. The franchise advertises the mobile app and constantly asks to use the app; however no one working there understands or gets how the app works. Subsequently, I’ve been double charged multiple times and then receive the wrong order. Very frustrating and a large waste of time.
Fast service. 2 pm. Drive thru was efficient. Food was hot.
TERRIBLE!Only person in line, waiting to be acknowledged. Placed order but was unable to use my "rewards" or “deals”, just your total is ????. I proceeded to pay (because she never acknowledged I wanted to discuss my order.)...retrieved my receipt and what I ordered was incorrect. Brought the discrepancy to her attention, oh well...do you want a free hash brown? What about sorry, let me refund your money for the item I DID NOT ORDER! I stated I did not want a hash brown, how about a sweet roll? Okay...asked for a cinnamon roll - to go. Food was stale and lukewarm. Looked in the bag at the cinnamon roll, and it was not a cinnamon roll, it was a blueberry muffin. Really? You could tell, she did not want to be there!Will not be going back to this McDonald's!
The drive thru is hit or miss, meaning somedays going through and ordering from either side (two ordering intercoms) is fine and others, it's like the workers have the intercoms confused and the person next to me is ordering and I can see their order in my board. That said, you would think they would alternate between sides, but that makes too much sense. So, they never take the order from the alternate booth. I absolutely HATE this drive-thru.
I called the store earlier to ask a question and a manger answered told me I was calling taco bell then proceeded to call me the R slur and hang up on me after I asked for the general manager’s number to report him. I have never ever been treated this horribly before.
I get a coffee here about twice a week and I never have a bad experience. The people at the window are always nice as well as accurate and I always have had a pleasant experience here.
