Very nice quick with getting me in and out lady at the drive through was very friendly for it to be 6:15a.
quarter Founder burger is raw and not cook
No sauce for my nuggets. It was on the ticket. Waited in dt for about 30 minutes only 4 cars ahead of me. So I couldn't eat my nuggets with no sauce they were dry and bland. Real nice.
The only reason I gave this a 1 is because I couldn't give it less. No one else in the store, I had to order myself at a kiosk which was horrible to navigate and then still had to pay at the register. The person at the register was rude and we still waited to get cold food which just got dumped on our table. DO NOT GO TO THE MCDONALD'S IN WESTERVILLE OH IT IS HORRIBLE.
I came at 3:25am. Told me I cash only. Came back later at 3:35with cash but she told me it’s breakfast menu now. I don’t understand I came here yesterday at this time and I still go lunch menu. So am like ok so I asked them to change the menu on the screen so I can at least see what I am ordering. She said no. I ended up getting just a smoothie .
My whole order is never in the bag. I find myself wondering, is your job really that hard. It feels like, how many people can I disappoint today? I don’t don’t get McDonald’s very often. But when I do is it weird for me to expect I get what I ordered and payed for?
Horrible service and messed up orders
This McDonald's is always there with friendly service. They are an extremely busy place late night and they handle it very professionally and quickly
This place was open at 2:30 a.m. during the hard snow and bad weather that we experienced last week so kudos to them for that! However the lady at the window and who took my order was rude as could be, but hey no one would be in a good mood with the weather we were in. Food was still good and they were open so 4 stars from me.
My daughter and myself went out there or brunch while we were out shopping the food was good as always and hot I love McDonald's french fries are still the best
