I have been eating Masseys pizza for 30 yrs or more. Back when they came in the paper covering. The quality has fluctuated during that time and that happens depending on location and usually my next pizza awesome. These past 2 pizza experiences from 2 different locations was just terrible. Including today, starting from the call-in order, the phone was very low and lady taking my couldn't hear me. I picked up my Med sausage and pep w/ extra cheese only to get home to find I didn't have extra cheese. The sausage was like dried out bacon bits and the pizza was over cooked. Worst Masseys pizza I ever had. Totally disappointed ?. If it wasn't so late I would return this thing.
It's ok sometimes nothing great if it's not hot & fresh. Will not be ordering from them as I'm always getting charged more for the same exact order everytime. When I ask why it's more when I ordered the same exact thing last time they ALWAYS say you didn't get charged delivery. This has been 5x. I Believe they are pocketing the money because why? It's the only reasonable explanation. Beware they will rip you off. It's Westerville. There is money here & we have money hungry faculties!

Surprised at the price. About $10.00 more than the competition. Decided to try it anyway. Online didn’t work….failed captcha??? Then called. On hold for ten minutes. Finally got a rude woman on the phone, but it was so incredibly noisy, neither of us could hear one another. Won’t try again.
We drove from Dublin to the Westerville location on December 10. The pizza was ordered at 6:28pm. At 7:18pm I asked an employee for the status of our pizza. He goes into the back and yelled that order 139 had been waiting 45 minutes. A few minutes later a 2nd employee came to our table and said the our order was made incorrectly and the correct order was in the oven and would be out in 2 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later the pizza arrived. We did not get an apology, nothing. Very, very disappointed.

had Masseys a couple of weeks ago while vising family in Ohio. They are still one of my favorites!
I used to love Massey's .. raised on the taste!I have given this Westerville location 5 tries since I've been back in United States IE; Westerville.Tonight topped it off!Has to be the worst customer service!! They are rude and forget everything you requested..so annoying!!In the beginning I used to love love love this pizza and now it's become mediocre at best so sad.
