So the pizza was delicious as always. BUT there are problems at this store...this store refuses to answer the phone on the weekends so you have to drive there to order and then wait on your order which varies in time from 15 mins to 45 mins, the price is different every time I go... it just depends on who's ringing it up and how they ring it, I showed up one Sat evening to order and was told that they were only expecting online orders and would havento order from my phone even though I was standing in front of them! The app would not allow me to order my pizza with no sauce which is how my son eats his pizza so I had to just leave and gi somewhere else. This used to be a really good store ..... I can't say that anymore. ?‍?

Waited 10 mins with no else in the lobby. Person in front kept walking around ignoring the front. When I ordered she said there were no breadsticks. When I asked none at all she said it would be 8 min.

I walk in to place an order and I am told that they aren't doing in person orders and that I need to order online. I can't use the gift cards though the app. They don't care. This isn't the only time that this has happened. What happened to hot n ready pizza? This is beyond frustrating.

Experience was really good. Even though they were understaffed, the crew was friendly, and attentive. Took a little longer to get my pick-up order, but it was no big deal. Props to the crew for keeping it moving smoothly.

My two son's went in tonight to order pizza. There were 3-4 people working and it wasn't very busy. They said it would be 15 minutes. No problem. My other son and I waited in the car. After 1/2 hour I called to see what was going on. My son said he didn't know. They were literally telling people they weren't taking any more walk in orders but they weren't even closing until 10.. it was 7:30. When I initially walked in I was met with a glare from the girl who was working there. She did not communicate at all with my kids or me to tell us what was going on. 45 minutes later the pizza was done and I decided to just ask for my money back. We didn't even trust that they hadn't done something to our pizza, that's how shady they were. This was a terrible experience as she laughed at me when I walked out the door. She needs to be fired. We won't be going back there and we'll make sure others know of our experience

Customer service was horrible, giving me attitude and being rude because all I ordered was crazy bread. Not a welcoming environment as I waited for my food the employees were rude and acting out. The general manager was also being rude and treating customers wrong

Watched the women make pizza with no gloves or mask. Also they never have hot pizzas ready save your time.

Arrived at 6:30 left at 7:45. Nothing was ready, no gloves, no masks, lady at the front kept walking past ignoring me. Made all the online orders before helping anyone in person. When pizza was finally "done" it was undercooked, and soggy. Also got crazy bread which had no seasoning at all. Overall you guys used to be good now just a sad excuse for pizza. If could rate zero I would. Just save your time and go across the street.

The only positives are, the online order process was easy and the delivery was within the promised timeframe. The pizza quality was horrible though. The pizza was over-cooked, extremely salty, the stuffed crust had almost no cheese filling, and grease was dripping out of the corner of the box. I've discussed this and other issues with the area manager before and I'm done trying. I throw over half the pizza away because it was inedible. This will be the last pizza I buy from Little Caesars.

They need to remove the sign for hot and ready. NEVER have they had pizza ready, always a 30 minute wait. Walk across the street to Papa Johns and wait only 15 minutes.
