Very rude manager. Zero. Stars. Absolutely no manners, decency, or customer service.KFC fire this manager.We showed up around 6pm on a week night to dine in. The door was unlocked the the dine in hours posted on the door said open 10pm. We were greeted with "we are only doing pick up orders" with 3 other employees working and a total of 2 cars in the drive thru (not busy)The manager would not give a reason as to why the dining room was closed early. Her response was basically "because I said so" absolutely unprofessional.
Everywhere I look, it says the dining room is open untill 10pm. We go inside at 6:45pm and are greeted by a very rude employee who tells us the dining room is closed and to get out. What is wrong with people...
If I could leave 0 stars I would I went there for dinner yesterday yesterday I ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and was told it would be a 30 minute wait I said OK I'll wait then the woman told me as a matter of fact I will not be able to serve you because I'm the only one here and I will not be able to bring it out to you you so I was forced to go somewhere else.... I understand being short staffed but just close the d*** place down if you only have one employee..
The worst service in history. KFC should shut this location down. They have the worst customer service! They only had 2 people before me and had them pull up to wait for their food. I pull up to the speaker and no one says anything to me and so I say hello and the girl says “we know that you’re there just give us a min”. I left, they don’t understand how to operate that place and I don’t want them putting anything in my food! It doesn’t make sense why they don’t have anything ready and why their customer service is so bad! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
This is possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered the beyond chicken and was asked to pull around. I waited 30 minutes for them to then bring out regular chicken strips. The bag the food came in was filthy. I then had to pull back around and get a refund and there was no apology for the wait or incotrect order. I will never go back here.
If I can give no start- I will be giving no start for this location.I can understand only 2 people working, but explain me how from moment I order and got home- fries became cold as an ice? Everything was hot, but fries were coldChicken pieces were half warm and half cold in one backet.And lady who gave me my bag when heard my "russian" accent change her attitudeJust for your information. Russian and Ukranian people will have same acent, and just assume that Im Russian- already bad idea.For sure, I will not be back in that location anymore. Bad service, bad food, bad treatement of the people.
Tell the goofball taking the orders to relax and listen to the customer instead of interrupting and then perhaps they’ll get an order right! I tried saying my order three times and she kept interrupting me and guess what guess what my order was messed up
date: 1/30/22Time: 1:40 pmI've ordered big chicken combo and when I arrived there the doors was closed after waiting 45 minutes, the very very unpolite only woman that was working in the store told I'm not receiving any order and will not receive orders because I don't have ready any chicken. I show her the order number and she keep un politely refused to check in the system.KFC needs to train this employee more about customer service.waiting to receive the refund.
This KFC hires lowest quality of people. Orders are always wrong, they haven't grasp the concept of ordering through the mobile app. Warning for all of you still thinking you're going to take a chance and go here...when you point out you have missing food, just know it is your fault not theirs and because its funny, you will need to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the food you ordered.
This was so bad that as I sniff this trash food I want my life to end. I regret even existing on this earth after I met shrek and real life. If you eat this food you are likely to stop eating forever. The customer service was so bad that I don’t want to be a human anymore.I am going back into a monke to live a simpler life.
