SUPER, GREAT, AWESOME and AMAZING! I could go on. My lunch is at the front desk of my work in no time and the order is ALWAYS right. The guy who usually delivers lunch to us is just so FRIENDLY and KIND! Always look forward to seeing him as well as our food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Jimmy Johns.
So regularly this is a great store with great people and drivers, but for one of my more recent orders I ordered delivery to my place of work from the app, so I think this is a delivery driver from the location. But my foods packaging smelled so strongly of cigarettes the scent was still hanging in the air well after the driver had left. it had also been 40 minutes since the app had said it was out for delivery, but I understand stuff happens. it was just truly very gross and i don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
Went today. There was one person ahead of us. We did not have a large or complicated online order and part of our order was left off. Will not be returning.
We ordered from here often, maybe 2 times a week for years now. However, today we ordered a sandwich with advocado on it. From the pictures, it looked great. Now, however, when we get the order, we can't find the avocado. I called them to see if I can get it fixed. When there have been small issues in the past (maybe 2 times in several years), they always fixed it "freaky fast." Today, it was not the case. He said, "well it is between the chesse slices you have to look for it." Really, you do. I think there was half an ounce (I did not measure it but come on). I will post a pic of my sandwich with the advertised sandwich and let you decide for yourself.
So no surprises here, this location seems well run and is fast (as the advertisements claim). The food is fresh, but sometimes I feel the quality of the ingredients could be a bit higher. For example the bread is made daily, so definitely not dry, but it is pretty plain white bread. Meats and cheeses are fine, but are definitely of the high volume variety... meaning they taste fine but nothing special. However, for a good sub fast, it's still a good choice.
Evelyn was super nice and personable! Helped me sign up for rewards so I can get a free sandwich next time ! Was super fast ! Reminded me to not forget my chips ! Food was prepared super fast ! Great staff ! Good job Evelyn, you made my day and made a great impression for me about this location! Well definitely become a regular lunch spot for now on! As much as this sounds like “she’s doing her job” she is, but she’s doing it great! She showed that she cares about me and my time and my money! ???? No bad attitudes anywhere at this Jimmy johns! It was great!
Jimmy Johns is awesome especially compared to other chain sub places. This location is great. Always friendly and always fast.
Food was great as usual but the delivery not so much I was 5 minutes away and was told I was the first stop and 45 minutes later my food arrives. Not so freaky fast today I guess.
Service so fast that I was thinking about a sandwich the other day, and just as I finished ordering, it arrived...freaky.
