i ordered a #12 and they forgot to put the turkey on it. awful experience do not recommend
Great sandwiches. More meat than subway sandwiches. Plenty for lunch and dinner.
Really like this place, overall. Usually super nice, food delicious and fast. However, had to sadly take a pass while waiting longer realized that not one employee was masked. One of the crew rubbed his face with his arm. It was so disappointing.
My wife and I ordered two subs from Jimmy John’s for delivery. When the delivery arrived they had gotten our order incorrect by mixing up the ingredients on the subs. I called in to let them know about the mix up and to see if they could remake the order. When I spoke to the representative from Jimmy John’s, she seemed to distrust that the order was incorrect and she did not apologize. In addition, she asked that we send the incorrect subs back to them with the delivery driver. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was still not right. The service was poor and the policy to send the subs back is wasteful and ridiculous. We will not be ordering from this Jimmy John’s anytime soon.
Have tried this place a handful of times and it’s never consistent when you get your food… took 1 hour to get food , I rejected it and asked for refund. Which is sad because the food is always good
No masks on either worker.
I walked in and gave the kid my order. After about 5 minutes, a couple walk in. They made the couple's order then proceeded to ask another older guy who came about 10 minutes after the couple what he wanted before noticing I was still standing there. They then asked me what I wanted like I just walked in. I gave them my order again. I asked why they skipped me. They couldn't look me in the eye let alone even give me an answer. Maybe because I didn't look like the Westerville type.Definitely not going back to this Jimmy John's.
