This location used to be very fast to deliver to my work place about 4 minutes away. A lot of my coworkers ordered delivery from this location as well. They're now regularly taking 45 minutes to over an hour for delivery. I don't go to Jimmy Johns because the food is good, I go there because they're "freaky fast" and that helps with my meeting schedule. Since they're no where near freaky fast anymore, they're useless.

I am in shock at the poor customer service at this location. 1 sandwich took over an hour to deliver. When I called to check on the order on 04/28/22 at 1:00pm the person on the phone said he was one of the drivers and refused to give me his name. When I asked who I was speaking with he said “I just told you I don’t know where your sandwich is but it’s on the way. I don’t know why you need my name.” !!!!!!! Even if my sandwich didn’t taking an hour and 15min to arrive, the rudeness alone is enough to avoid this location.

This location is clearly focused on delivery. I was out running errands, so I placed an order for pickup. Waited 30 minutes for confirmation that the order was ready, but the "order tracker" never updated. I finally just went to the restaurant hoping it was ready. No pick up counter for people who order ahead, so I went to the "pick up" area. Staff ignored me, working hard to avoid eye contact. I finally went back and waited in the order line. After reaching the register, I realized they had my sandwich there, but was missing my drink. They reluctantly handed me a cup. Next time, I'll just order delivery.

The general manager working 4/13/22 was super rude and refused to honor the balance of my gift card. I feel like i was cheated and robbed even if it was a nominal amount. An employee swiped my card and saw a small balance left of my gift card and then tried to apply it to the total due for my order. Something went wrong as the balance on the gift card did not apply to the order and he called over the general manager. He asked me to swipe my card again, which then declined multiple times. The original balance was gone after the original swipe. The general manager refused to honor the balance despite his employee stating the exact amount remaining on the gift card. Could actually care less about the balance, but the way the general manager handled this situation was not appropriate, unprofessional and rude. Go to another sub shop as this place is freaky rude:)

Order was placed at 12:35 we got our 4 sandwiches an hour later at 1:35. We ordered 2 drinks one large fountain diet coke and one regular we did not get the regular. We tipped 6 dollars to not get the whole order. We understand if you are short staffed but something is missing or incorrect every order we place at this location after taking and hour to get to us. I understand on behalf of the employees if you are short staffed that is not their fault. Management needs get it together.

Literally took 30 minutes for my food to leave the store… Then took 15 minutes to get to me. I’m 4 minutes down the road… I called to cancel my order the. My food showed up. Smh. Horrible customer service when I would call. I’ll definitely let my coworkers here at the corporate office not to order from this location anymore.
