I Love Jersey Mikes, I Frequent J-Mikes A Few Times A Week. Usually Not This Location & Y Is Because They Are Sloppy. The Food Tastes Good BUT Subs Are Always A Mess & Not Wrapped Right So Your Sandwich Falls All Over Everywhere. The Preparation Table Is Always A Mess, Like They Only Clean It Once At Night. I Even Been Here During Busy & Slow Times & Same Results. The Other Jersey Mikes Locations I Frequent Keep Things Clean & Sandwich Made Neatly. 3 Stars For Taste But Needs Improvement.
Jersey Mike's is always good. However, at this location today, the woman I presume to be the manager had to micro manage everything about my order. She started to take my order but did not finish, cut the meat for my cold subs and finished cooking my hot sub. It was like she did not trust any of the employees who were polite and seam to know what they were doing. I was not asked what I wanted on my hot sub, I had to get it added on after it was wrapped.
Walked in right at close of business expecting an irritated employee ready to close up shop. Received amazing customer service from a person who took pride in the sandwich and was thrilled to talk to me about fresh bread. Sandwich looked like the picture and tasted even better. Well worth my $9
There was one customer ahead of me Who had already been helped. Between online orders, A mess up, and no sense of urgency it took me 25 minutes to get my food.
Food was good/fresh, but employees do not wear masks at all and one of the employees who was cutting the meat and cheese was visibly sick (red nose, red/watery eyes, snotty). Makes me concerned for the other employees as well as the customers. Hope I don’t get sick…
I've bought more sandwiches from this location than I want to think about. As in literally a couple hundred. The only issue I have ever had is the lower piece of bread not being cut completely through. No big deal to me. Usually it's newer staff that haven't mastered cutting the sandwich without cutting through the paper.
Everytime i order from this place im given a time to pick up and it is never ready !!!! This time i get here at my quoted time and my food is not even ready . This is getting out of hand and its real fustrating when u have little kids hungry waiting in the car. Something need to be done about this. When i asked about my food the lady named lopez was very rude. The fact that im a paying customer my food is not ready EVER when i get here they need to have a manager here some supervision .this place used to be a great place now going down the toilet fast. I will not be back
Come prepared to wait, but it's still worth it. I love their Philly steak sandwich.
Kudos to the shift manager working today!! They were so swamped with orders and she said they had multiple call offs... you could tell she was overwhelmed but who wouldn't be! She had a great attitude and kept her composure! Straight professionalism while under pressure! You go girl!!!
