Only people in the restaurant and food was terrible
Where do I start? No syrup bottles on the table, no tea of any kind. Food took forever even though the place isn’t even 1/4 of its full capacity. Pancakes fell apart, hash browns were burnt to the point of being unable to eat them. Would not recommend this location to anyone. And the French toast? Little baby pieces. Plus our server wouldn’t put down his phone…..
Had difficulty getting a server to take our order. There was only one other customer there. Three employees stood around talking to each other. Got the attention of one who took our order. She was nice. But soon after that she was arguing with another employee and stomped around. She was late middle aged so she should know that is not the way to act. Food was good. We all decided to never return, as service was not good in the past. Maybe just bad luck.
I never write restaurant reviews, but this restaurant experience was so bad. I didn’t even want to give it 1 star, but you have to give at least 1 star to give the review. I realize that restaurants are short staffed, but I stood by the hostess area for 10 minutes w/o anyone even acknowledging me, or helping me. I had to walk into the restaurant & call after a waitress to get someone to help me. Not even a “I’m sorry for your wait” from the hostess. Once seated, I waited 20 minutes for my waitress to come & ask my drink order. When I finally ordered & got my food, I asked for salt & pepper & extra syrup. Waited 10 minutes for S&P ( I had given up on her & started eating), but she forgot the syrup. I was never asked if I needed my drink refilled. Tables around me had dirty dishes on them, & needed to be cleaned. When I left there was a group of about 10 people waiting at the hostess area & I over heard a lady talking about how they been waiting for 10 minutes & hadn’t seen anyone. So it wasn’t just me. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.
They took almost two hours before we got served then when the food finally came it was not right .. food came without pancakes because they were not ready..not coming Back here and not recommending anyone either...very disgruntled costumer
We walked in and there was a couple waiting to get seated, they looked at me and said good luck and left. So we waited and waited, so I walked up into the seating area and there were only 2 tables of people sitting out of the whole place. I saw a waitress at a station and she saw me but ignored me. I got feeling that she felt if she ignored me long enough we would leave. I walked back thru there several times over about a 10 minute period and she was still there. I am sad that this IHOP is so bad because I love to eat at IHOP. Food was very good, but seeing only 2 tables with people and the Bob Evans next door packed is very sad and I do not know how this one stays open. If you are that short staffed I would close for the day instead of getting bad review. This IHOP has been this way ever since it opened.
We sat at the table for 15 minutes before our server showed up. She had four tables. We finally got our food and it was cold. My pancakes were hard and the rest was not presentable. Coffee was good. The service couldn’t be blamed on covid. No server trainingWe won’t be back
Had excellent service today from Ronda S and highly recommend you ask for her section. She went above and beyond with hospitality that I only dream of. Had a $17 meal but with her service I would have happily paid more. Thank you again Rhonda.
This place was horrible. We payed for four things that were supposed to be regular size and warm plus with sides. But they never gave us the choice for sides also all our food was cold given to us. The food was small ( not regular size) and was soggy. They gave us small plates as well. They didn’t give us a correct receipt. All of it was 65 dollars plus we had to wait for an hour.
Best restaurant I have ever eaten at period, They serve 6 Michelin star food at blazing fast speeds. I mainly thank the cooks for their courageous in the culinary arts and one of them is particularly attractive. ?
