Guy serving me #Pause, seemed to be new, several times I had to repeat what I wanted but this wasn't really a issue. My issue is the food portion I received even after asking if I could have a little more. They need smaller bowls if these are the portions they serve. I feel disrespected ordering with a man appetite and receiving a kids meal. I almost walked out but was too hungry ?
I stopped by tonight on my way home from work thinking I would give it a try. The open signs were lit up and it was only about 8:10pm when I stopped by. I was disappointed to find the door locked. I double checked the time on the door and it said om sundays they were open till 10. I wasn't the only one stopping by either hoping to get some food. I understand that things do happen to cause a place of business to have to close early but at least put a sign up letting people know.
Your menu prices posted in store do not reflect the actual prices. Burritos are more than what is posted, meal combo is more... You get to the register to pay and find out it is $1-3 more. To further irritate Hothead fans, your prices are more than other Hothead locations.Your menu for little burrito =$7.05, at register it costs $8.25Westerville location is $6.55 and their meal combo is $3.95 vs. your $4.25 ( you had that wrong on your menu last time I was in there, didn't look to see if fixed this time).So, a little burrito + chips and drink= $12.50, in Westerville and other locations it = $10.50.Always have fast service, the employees seem to do a good job in there, but the pricing isn't clear and the prices are too high... Going to head down an exit for chipotle next time or just get authentic Mexican down the street, I will get some Hothead next time I'm near another location.
Ordered on Uber eats and order was totally wrong. Burrito bowl missing 7 items. Receipt attached to bag but I guess no one can read to see what should be in order. Not happy. Uber eats doesn’t refund enough.

First time trying hot heads. NEVER AGAIN!! Guacamole is NOT Verde sauce, which I ordered Verde and received Guacamole ?♀️ Also I payed the .40 to get a steak burrito. There was absolutely NO STEAK on my burrito!! I realize staff shortages are real everywhere currently and that can make training staff difficult but seriously? Just read the order! I wouldn’t even complain if I hadn’t read all the other reviews after ordering, but this is a consistent complaint from nearly every person! Get with it or get out!
I placed order online. We got there after the time it was supposed to be completed and they were just working on it. I paid extra for guacamole and never got any. Seems like a lot of the toppings I asked for I did not receive. Was disappointed since this was my first time going to this place. The food was ok. My daughter liked her first ever bowl. I was disappointed since my toppings were not as asked. Paid to get chips and most of them were crumbs. Will not pay for chips at this place again. They were totally disappointing. Mini churros tasted burned.
I stood in line waiting to get a burrito, my turn comes. And to my surprise I get half a spoon of everything I asked for. The proportion size for the price is honestly garbage. Ate the burrito and was still hungry. And a single burrito from anywhere else is usually enough. Never coming back here unless something changes. Better off going to Chipotle for the time being
Took my kitchen staff an my self to this location. The new Gm the owner toney has brought in to run this location was very rude and cold-hearted and gave me the most meanest face ever when I asked for Robbie to make my food an not her do to how she greeted me . From hear on out i well only be going in to this location if I know Robbie, zee or Corbin is working.
They have some great burritos and the staff was very nice and helpful
