I was surprised when then I was told to pick 1 vegetable!! So I got 1 chicken and zucchini and 1 chicken and mushroom.I asked if this was because I ordered the kids meal and was told "No, you get choice of" so I see all these bowls and am wondering if people really spend $20 per bowl to add more vegetables???The person waiting on seemed par for the course - high school kid, he did say have a good night, so that was good. Not exceptional- either way.I was there at Noon and no one was eating inside. I passed someone getting takeout ? on my way in.The taste was good, 3 or 4 slivers of carrots and a teaspoon of egg in the fried rice. The yum yum sauce was okay- not as good as most hibachi places but good.Most of the dish was rice. It was a try for us which is why we got the kids meal portion. (No drink included). Overall, I'm glad we didn't spend more. I am not sure I would return on a regular basis, which is sad because they could really corner the market- but with Lucky House diagonally across the parking lot from them- we can split a family meal for the same cost and get and egg roll, shrimp toast and crab Rangoon, and the same meat portion with more vegetables and fried rice that had more "stuff" in it.
Ordered $37.00 worth of food for takeout. I got home and there was absolutely no yum yum sauce. We should have had 6 containers. I tried to call but the phone was off the hook. If we cannot have the sauce that we paid for, then we don't want the food. Also....you can't fix the issue if you refuse to answer the phone. I am not happy that I just wanted a bunch of money.
Big guy at front register had attitude for no reason also my chicken was old and the big guy at the front register would not even replace it thanks to white girl she took care of me she should be the manager
Very good dishes. Not a huge selection, but the flavors are definitely tasty. Extremely fast service. Will return again soon.
Kind of a stupid policy "we don't do custom orders" is what the lady said after I asked for my steak to be cooked well done. There was noone else in the restaurant and the workers where just talking and goofing off. I've never been to a restaurant that would not cook the steak the way the customer wants it cooked. Guess I won't eat at this place again. And will take every opportunity to suggest that others pass on them as well. There is plenty of competition in the fast hibachi space. 2 stars because once I threw out the steak the rest of the food was not bad. Rice was a little crunchy.

Every time I have ever ordered with UberEats, my food gets stolen. If I pick up, food is good.
I’m so sick and tired of going to genji go, especially this location and ordering double fried rice and double chicken to always get the same amount of rice and chicken in a single bowl…..the food taste great but the kids there don’t know what double means! I’m gonna have to start ordering 2 single bowls now paying even more Money than the already $14 I spend on one bowl.
Every time I've been here I show up 15 minutes past when my online order says my food will be ready and every time I see people show up, order, get their food, and leave before I get my food.Why do I keep coming back? My wife likes their food. I give it 6/10.
Another great experience here. The food is always delicious and the service is amazing.
