Today was a Fazoli’s day. I had an urge for the breadsticks today that wouldn’t go away. Also ordered the Baked Spaghetti and meatballs. It was a nice portion of spaghetti with a nice mild sauce which had sliced tomatoes in it and a good amount of Mozzarella cheese baked on top, add 3 meatballs and you have a good filling lunch. And definitely don’t forget to load up on those delicious garlic breadsticks. Yummmy
My family has been eating here regularly for at least the past 5 years. The dining room is kept very clean and has a nice atmosphere, especially since the remodel a few years ago. Lately we haven't been dining in because we are so busy. The drive thru is great for grabbing dinner late in the evening on our way back from events. The drive thru moves fast considering the types and quantity of orders that they're filling. I'm not sure how they serve up tasty pasta dishes at a fast-food speed without it feeling like the typical fast food experience, but I'm certain that their employee training and focus on staffing and service have much to do with it.For dine in, bread stick refills are a great perk, but for drive-thru or carry out, be sure to buy an extra serving; it's worth it. The chicken fettuccine was awesome and the pizza not too bad... satisfied my desire.
Nice clean restaurant. Good service. Good food. Great location, minutes from the Interstate.Very affordable prices. Many restaurants had increase their prices throughout the years. When what I can remember, Frazoli has remained somewhat unchanged except for look and menu.
Drive 30 minutes to get food for myself & the family for dinner. Drive all the way back home and my food isn’t in there. Bunch of females having the time of their life in there, shame on me for not sitting in line and checking the bags. Will not be back.

I ordered the ultimate sampler and I was extremely disappointed. I couldn't even eat the food it was so lack luster. Very little to no sauce on the spaghetti, the Alfredo sauce had a weird chemical taste to it, the lasagna wasn't even hot, and the penne didn't have enough sauce at all. Everything lacked flavor, I took one bite of everything to say I tried it all but I couldn't eat it. The breadsticks had no flavor at all and the salad came with one packet of dressing which wasn't even enough to cover half of the salad. I'd be embarrassed to serve food that bad and call it Italian.
We just visited here in the drive-through and Mitchell was so kind. He was so personable, friendly and definitely the reason we would come back! Thank you for excellent service !
The staff was friendly and very good but the Alfredo food was quite bland. Maybe the tomato based food would have been a better choice.
Breadsticks are really hit or miss. Sometimes they are great, but other times they are pretty flavorless.
