The District manager Martel Sanders is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens.
I stopped ordering from this location due to horrible service and was asked to call the restaurant so I did. I spoke to the manager Andrew and informed him my food was on my step for God knows how long because nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. He informed me that’s how they do things which is a lie because they have knocked in the past. He didn’t even apologize for me having cold food or anything so I question why is he a manager if he has no customer service skills. Never again
Could only eat the outside edge pieces. The pizza wasn't completely cooked. I should've asked for well done but I was afraid it would be burnt black like before. I'm starting to get fed up with this company. It used to be good quality made product. Now it's slipping way down the list for me.
Update: A day after I posted my review a Donato's manager called which was very thoughtful. She apologized and said our card would be credited. Unfortunately, it hasn't happened. Donatos just can't do what they say they will do.This location’s management must have changed recently. Our last 3 experiences have been bad. The time estimate has been way off. The last word times the app said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. It has taken over an hour and the pizza was cold. Because of the delay they said we would be credited. It didn’t happen last time and I doubt it will today.
I went to the drive-thu to pick up my pre-ordered pizza. After paying, I was asked to wait in the parking lot as the pizza wasn't ready. After a long wait, I returned and was told that it would be five more minutes. After another long wait, I returned and was told it had not even been made yet. I left. The worst pizza parlor experience in my life.
nasty cinnamon sticks undercooked made me extremely ill. watch out for their ice has black mold it and infestations
Although short staffed, they were very attentive and ensured my order was done correctly and with care.
My family placed an order at 4:35 yesterday afternoon for 3 pizzas and some wings. We were told it would be ready by 6:00. The food wasn't ready until well after 7:00 PM. By far the worst experience we've had there in years. It's like they don't care any more.
Visiting from out of town & was not impressed at all. Wings were tasteless and not at all as pictured. Our kids didn't like the pizza, I thought it was okay but not worth what we paid for it.We also ordered cinnamon sticks and they were burnt and also not impressive.To be honest we wish we ordered from somewhere else. We got a 14inch pepperoni, a 12inch cheese pizza, 25 wings and cinnamon sticks. Came out to over $60.Update. We all have the runs. What a great way to spend vacation. Stuck to the toilet with fire dumps.
For the second time they left my food outside didn’t knock ring a doorbell nothing so I have to reheat. I’m a repeat customer and this is horrible
