This DQ has many of the "things I remember" from being a kid. They make their hotdog sauce on site as well as hand dip their dilly bars - this makes a difference! The staff is pretty friendly of late, but they always have local kids learning how to work so they get turnover frequently. That doesn't mean they are lax in training because my son eats at this location at least once a week. Always fresh, always delicious. Consistent and made to order fries and onion rings with a very full container means you get your money's worth. I have eaten better burgers here than more than a few burger places. Overall good value for good eats ??
Stopped through on the way home from The Marriage of Figaro at Otterbein. Blizzards were great! Cheese curds were just as good as Young's Dairy and Culvers- hot and delicious!
So i called and placed a cake order and wanted black icing...only got black trim. So i call and tell the employee im talking to what i asked for and what i got...this employee said im sorry what your asking for is not within our power to do we cant do black. Super rude. Then the manager get on the phone an apologizesbbut doesnt offer to give me half my money back or. Gift card ...nothing. im very disappointed and will not be returning to this store or spending any money with dairy gueen. We will go to greaters, culver or somewhere with better customer service! Very disappointed
Very busy, yet still very fast service. Great food, hot, and fresh.
