Had by far the worst experience with customer service here. Our bartender was fantastic but we ordered food and waited 45 mins, when I went up to see how much longer, I stood at the counter for 6 mins before being greeted because they were in the back eating. The girl told me someone had picked up our food. When I told her it clearly wasn’t us because I still had our buzzer she said, “well I guess we can make it again.” We waited another 35 mins for our food.
Ordered a pizza to be delivered to a hotel we were staying at and the pizza was amazing!!! Beware if paying with cash though because I was unaware the drivers usually don’t carry cash and I didn’t have exact change so my money ALMOST got pocketed. The total was $20.94 so I paid $40 (Two twenties) and the driver said okay have a good night I’m like hold on I need my change he said oh I’m sorry we usually don’t carry change how much do you need? Like excuse me I was going to tip you willingly no need to act like you didn’t see the $40 but anyway the actual pizza was delicious
I really enjoyed this pizza, we are always on the search for good pizza. My one little tweak, if have extra sauce added to the pizza. But I think that's personal preference

The bartender accused me and my partner of having fake IDs and was about to throw us out... we're both 25. There are multiple ways to check for fakes. Accusing potential paying customers of having fakes is not good business practice.
One of the best pizza spots in Westerville in my opinion. Their specialty pizzas are always great!
First time trying Classic Pizza in Westerville! A lasting impression for sure! Ordered a four topping medium pizza and it was perfect. All the toppings, (pepperoni, sausage, onions, and banana peppers) were more than I expected. The flavor was awesome and the crust was perfect! Made to perfection and still hot after it arrived to the destination. The delivery person was polite. I will most definitely order from Classic Pizza again.
