We got there at around 7:00 pm and was told there was no steak and that they didn't plan on putting any on for another 30 min despite a full line of people. They only had barbacoa and chicken to choose from. Then they tried to charge us for the double steak we orig ordered but didn't end up getting. The chips we got were extremely stale, inedible. Lastly we go to eat our burritos at home and the rice was so undercooked that it was actually crunchy. I had to scrape it off bc it was disgusting. Most experiences at this location have been disappointing in some way, but tonight was the worst. I will be going to the Mexican restaurant nearby from now on. I'd rather wait longer and pay more than have to keep being disappointed by this particular Chipotle again.

I went in the other day asking for a burrito with cheese, they ran out of cheese. So I got what I got that day not what I wanted but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been trying to call ahead of time to find out so I don’t drive up go inside the restaurant try to order what I want and there’s no product due to shortages. When I called the restaurant, I get prompted by the machine and finally get transferred to a human being… they never pick up. I won’t be going back to this particular restaurant. So in order to avoid frustration in the future save yourself some time and pick another spot.

I never give a one star review. This location took my online order and it was not made. My daughter was told to wait in line when she asked where the order was. 35 minutes later still no order. I tried calling. No one answers the phone. I tried using the site for issues. It is either automated or foreign run. Long story short, they have my $38, I have no food and no service. I'm in hospital so I can't go in now.Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered online twice. Put 2:30 but always says pick up at 1:00 everytime after I paid. Tried calling restaurant and no one ever picked up the phone and the worst part is it made annoying high pitch tone at the end before calls dropped. Crews are not friendly either. I hate this place already. This is the closest one at my work that’s why I kept ordering here.

I love this chipotle! I’ve been going here for years. Could I offer some advice? Don’t let customers drive to the building and walk into the storefront to tell them it’s online-orders only. I understand having to make changes, but that is something that typically falls on management, not me. I’m sitting here watching it happen over and over again to every customer that pulls up.Is it a crime? No.Is it unappealing? It is.

It's 8:30 and store closes at 10:pm. Employee states that they are only doing online orders because they are short staffed. One employee preparing food, one packaging food, two are cleaning as if they are already closed, while one is just wandering around. Clean up is done when the store is closed. Poor utilization of resources.

Line was quick but I got 2 steak burrito bowls and the steak was like trying to eat shoe leather and the rice wasn't cooked all the way (kinda crunchy) on top of that it was just sloppy presentation. I will skip this one for a while

This particular store is the worst. Every time I order it is messed up. I ordered extra cheese on my tacos but instead got no cheese at all. Not the first time. Ordered fajitas on my taco and got none. Basically all I get is tacos with rice and 2 small pieces of steak. You never get what you order. Of Course you still pay for it. Gonna quit going to this chipolte because it is clearly ripping me off and needs some form of management.

This place is ran by incompetent people. I ordered online it was guaranteed by 11 am. Well I get there at 11:05 am and no one was working on online orders. So me and 6 other people stood there waiting for online orders to be made. Finally one lady who was waiting said something and the worker who finally started on the online order had a very bad attitude and acted like we were the problem. I didn’t get my food till 11:40.

I try to reserve judgment and only leave positive reviews on this app, but this location is unbelievable. I truly think they are physically incapable of including everything in a mobile/delivery order. Whether it’s chips and guac, and ingredient in a bowl, a drink, something will be missing. Do better.
