The dude at the start of the burrito line has a huge attitude problem. Was tossing containers around, said rude things under his breath after I asked for a new container because he dripped water all inside my bowl while he was changing the rice on the steam table. Was a young, thinner dude with small muscles, and kind of short. Short hair. caucasian man. at 9:40 pm Friday June 17th 2022. I’m gonna come back in soon and if he’s on his same mess I’ll have to talk to the manager and report the guy to corporate. And with his attitude problems he will probably cause a disturbance in the store.

This location is absolutely horrible. The last time I ordered online I arrived on-time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes, along with 18 other people who were also waiting, before I got my order. The time before that was a similar story: order online, show up when they say it will be ready, wait an unacceptable period of time before it's ACTUALLY ready. Today, I went through the line, asked for extra steak (an upcharge of $4) and they gave me half a spoon. When I pointed it out, they wanted to argue. I eventually got a second half a spoonful, meaning I paid for a double portion and only got a single portion. I don't know why they can't get their act together, but they are a complete and utter cluster, and the fact that they want to argue with me tells me all I need to know.

I always order the same thing cuz I don't know if I like anything else don't want to take a chance LOL and it was delish as usual. Rice in the bowl with ? ? and lots of sour cream?

Ordered online, the salad had no lettuce, no chicken and was all sour cream and cheese. My burrito was not double chicken and had no lettuce, but I was sure charged for double price. Complete failure! I paid $40 in total and this is the second bad experience in a row from this location. Image attached is the sour cream bowl

I ordered 2 bowls and both were disappointing. Mine was supposed to be double meat (chicken and carnitas) which is $4 extra, and got less than half a serving of each. I also ordered double rice and there was maybe half a scoop in it. The other bowl was steak and that had very little meat too. I understand places are short staffed but making bowls extra light to not have to refill ingredients as often isn’t acceptable.

Great place to eat! Gotta wear masks while ordering, but can eat without a mask 5 feet from where you order. Doesn't make a ton of sense.

The most impolite and disgusting workers work here! 35 mins after pick up time it was finally ready… and completely wrong. After going back inside and watching the workers laugh at me for saying something, they make me wait another 10 minutes for the correct order. Will be contacting corporate and mentioning the cashiers name tonight.

This got to be the worst chipotle or Idk this might be try for all the chipotles around this area. They never pick up their phone even when they’re not busy. Don’t even try to order online cuz they’ll give you half a bowl. They’re stealing your money never get food from this location.

Quick, clean, great food & made to order. And, not a long line (best part).

Number one I don’t support any company who is disrespectful and lazy. I ordered it at 6:07pm and didn’t receive it until 6:52 oh did I also mention they PROMISED I’d be read at 6:20 that’s 30+ the time they “PROMISED.” And all they did was took there pleasure little time. Chipotle at South St Street is terrible which deserves a solid 1 plus the food tasted disgusting. Uh don’t go there at all
