Every single time I go through your drive-thru, and Miss Purple is working, OMG! I never leave without a smile. She is by far, the most pleasant, friendly and welcoming person I have EVER encountered at a restaurant, let alone at a drive-thru. I sincerely hope that the managers at this restaurant recognize what a gem that they have in her, and that as she is the face of that restaurant, she is only bucketloads of WONDERFUL. Thank you, Miss Purple, keep up the good work and we'll see you soon!
Just ordered a chicken sandwich and my experience was so pleasant. Both ladies were so friendly and had such positive attitudes. My food was hot and very fresh. Definitely will come back to this location. ❤️
Visited your site at 70 Polaris Parkway today for lunch. I wanted to try your Whopper melt sandwich. I ordered the sandwich only to get home and find that I received just the original Whopper with cheese. I called back to notify the manager of mistake. He asked for a receipt number and site. I never received a receipt. Not a great experience!
I love going here simply to receive the great customer service that Purple lavishes me with every time. She is awesome, and I would steal her to work for me any day.
Asked for mayo and lettuce on my breakfast sandwich (the way I get it Everytime!) told sorry it is not lunch we can’t do that. It is 10:16 am breakfast ends at 10:30, and you don’t have mayo and lettuce out prepped for lunch???? LAZY nobody works anymore
App said they closed at midnight, and allowed me to place my order. I drove up soon after placing it at 9:30 PM and all the lights were off and the restaurant was apparently closed. This is becoming a pattern for Columbus Burger Kings from my experience.
Fancy on the outside, same slop on the inside...no fault of the workers, just an out of date fast food chain that has cut quality over and over to try to survive the Burger war with Mcds...it used to taste good, now its almost unedible...just my opinion
Always a good experience here- service and food. There's always a reason why good places have a big, but fast moving line, and this location is clearly doing something right
