Not the service I espexted to get while in Westerville. The older gentleman that was taking our order continue to stop me while he put the order into the system with an attitude. Then I pulled to the window and added and extra freeze and sighed and gave me an attitude while doing it. It's not my fault your over worked, tired or whatever. It's the same at my job but customer service is my top Priority.

They are bunch of thieves. I went to this place this morning to buy breakfast and the cashier charged me twice but with 2 different amount. I called the place to talk to the manager and he does not want to help me with my problem so I will not go over there gain. Be aware if cashiers ask for your card twice.

I get breakfast here all the time. It's usually pretty easy and fairly quick. Better than most BKs.

Food was good, but customer service was awful. Very rude older gentleman, the card machine wasn’t working and he kept shrugging his shoulders and acting like it was my fault and would not help fix the issue. Very bad attitude. Very unpleasant.

The last 2 times I've been there I've been treated rudely. What has happened to the staff. This time the guy was very short and literally huffing at me. Last time I was told it was my fault my order was wrong. I'll go to maxtown rd from now on. I've met the one manager on shrock and she's rude, so no wonder her employees are too. You never see them busy.

I just went here and ordered four whooper meals, they asked me if everything on the menu was right, we tried to explain to them the monitor was blank so we couldn't answer, then preseeded to get Moody and rude and say move on to the first window, when we got to the first window we tried to explain that their monitor that tells you what you ordered is messed up, the response was you have the food you ordered have a nice day, I myself will not be coming back, I felt like they only care about taking my money and then getting me to leave. And was rude when unnecessary why should I have to deal with that kind of behavior after having a surgery?

The older white guy that works there has horrible customer service skills! Very rude and I have no clue why they have him taking orders! Nobody is making you work there!

Pull up to the drive thru board and am very rudely told “HOLD PLEASE.” The menu board at the drive thru promoted a “$5 your way meal.” I ordered this and was told very rudely I needed a code to order, I explained I didn’t have a code but it’s literally being promoted on the menu board. “Ma’am you need a code” is the response, in perhaps the most condescending tone I’ve been spoken to since my kids were teens (but this employee was very clearly an adult). Also, I’m a sir, not a ma’am. Learn to speak to your customers courteously.

Your hours need to be updated to reflect the correct time.. Your websight says 11, yet the store is closed! Its ok, Wendys it is!
