My wife and I never been to this location until today for Fathers Day dinner and it was perfect! Everything was super fresh and the wings were sauced right and weren’t hard. The potato wedges with cheese were also not hard and were made fresh. My wife ordered the Asian zing bone-in traditional wings and said she loves that sauce, it’s now her new favorite.I ordered boneless wings, and got 10 medium/5 honey bbq. In case you never tried both sauces are some of the best sauces they have here. We both ordered Pepsi, wife’s had grenadine added, both were not watered down.Our waiter was nice/polite and took our order properly and continued checking in on us throughout our dinner. I’ve been to about 6 different locations and this one’s at the top of my list.If your thinking about coming here, just do it!
I went to this location on Wednesday night. The young lady who was our waitress kept cutting me off when I was trying to order my food. Like she was in a rush. Before she even sat the food down it was this okay for y'all? The food looked like they half covered it in the sauce we asked for. She didn't bring out the stuff we asked for even after we told her it was missing two times. She billed me for it. Asked her to take it off the bill she had an attitude about that. A few days later I get a notification from my back saying BW3 took 80.57 out of my account and the bill was 68.57 and I have my receipt I WILL NEVER ORDER or visit this location AGAIN!
My first time dining in one of these restaurants and it was pretty good. Disappointed there is no grilled options. They used to have naked chicken bites similar to Chick Filet. I don't eat chicken wings on the bone in public. Everything is fried. Our server was great. Draft list was out of date. Got 3rd choice on beers. Packed with screaming kids. Get it to-go.
I gave three stars based on bartenders personality she was very nice you can tell she cares but bottom line there is no excuse for beer pouring I had to knock off two stars.Sometimes she would fill other folks beer up but I only saw two people she did that for. I understand this BW threes started this 20 years ago. It’s not acceptable to me I will keep pointing it out
Went here for my sisters birthday dinner, greeted and sat right away. we then order our food and appetizers. the appetizer didn’t get out until an hour later as we continuously reminded our waiter. we finally get our appetizers and beers as the appetizer is cold. we then sit for another hour without food , then the waiter comes out with one plate, so we wait for our other plates and never came. service was awful as the waiter did not refill out drink, as how we were doing and people came in, sat down, ate and paid before we even got our appetizer. therefore we left after 2 hours of waiting and went to another restaurant. never going back to this location again
Service was fair, food was the same as any others I've been to no better, no worse. There were clumps of dirt all over under the table next to our booth. There was only one other couple sitting in a booth on this side of the restaurant . Don't know why it hadn't been swept up, makes you wonder how clean their keeping the place, so now you know why I'm only giving 3 stars. Just so you don't think I'm being petty, the trash receptical in the men's restroom was overflowing also.
Holy takeout failure. Called an order in and the girl told me it would be 30-35 minutes. It’s been an hour and I’m still waiting for my food. I have NEVER seen a takeout area run as bad as this, there’s literally 10 people here waiting with their phones kicking the ground. Never in my life have I seen anything this bad as far as time management and bringing out food orders to people that ordered in a timely manner. WONT be back to this location.
I called and placed an order for pickup on 3/11. They said it would be 20 minutes. When I arrived they couldn’t find the order first. Then they found the order and said it would be another 5-10 minutes. The gentleman then went back and checked again and said it would be another 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 46:55 minutes. I have my receipt. Too long for carry out. It was not a large order. Ten boneless wings with wedges and a chicken wrap. The staff were friendly. The food was good, but definitely need to work on the time.
Chicken was a little dry, but the sauces were perfect.
It seems that all 3 locations I have been to have been unsuccessful in getting carry-out orders up to par. Gahanna at Cherry Bottom, Easton at Morse Crossing, and now Westerville at Polaris Parkway.When an online order states 60 minutes for pick-up, and it's not ready until 90 minutes later, that makes for a very poor experience. If a time is given, then it should be ready at that time. On top of that, spending $51.84 for me and my wife, plus 2 small kids meals only to get it and have a COLD meal. The fries, potato wedges and mozzarella sticks were inedible. The fries were overcooked and cold, the wedges were undercooked and cold, and the sticks were still hard in the middle.On the plus side, the wings were delicious after I had to microwave them for a minute.
