The last couple times we have ordered from their website to be delivered they always screw up. We got salads but they didn’t send any dressing. That’s two times now that we’ve ordered and not go dressing. It’s extremely frustrating. They also didn’t provide plastic wear. I know places are short staffed but take a breath and double check bags. I would rather my order be late with all contents than early and missing important pieces.

The food was terrible. The pancakes were oozing with way to much strawberries and glaze. They were actually mushy. The eggs that I ordered were supposed to be over medium, but instead they were sunny side up, which I hated all the runny yoke. The only reason I didn't have the waitress take it all back is because they were short if staff and I didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. The service was good but the food was totally unacceptable. BLAH

I was craving chicken n dumplings... Ordered online. Good arrived cold. Literally cold. This is the second time this has happened. I thought it was a fluke the first time and gave them a second chance and it was a waste of time and money. Don't bother with this Bob Evans.

Burnt sausage undercooked pancakes with burnt onion on them. The eggs weren't cooked correctly and the hasbrowms were undercooked I'm posting pictures

Me and my friend ordered carryout today from this location waited about an hour for our food to be done just for the sausage to be burnt the hashbrowns soggy as ever the cheese eggs were runny and barely had cheese. Pancakes undercooked but has burn onions on them. I will nit be coming back to this location anymore I can't add pictures for some reason

Ordered soup, biscuits, and banana bread carry out on 1/23/22 at about 6:30PM.Was there 10 minutes.. smiled and laughed more in those 10 minutes than I have in weeks!Awesome staff!

Our server was a superstar. Because of the Rona the restaurant had 1 server, 1 cashier with a booted foot and a manager in foh. They killed it. Best Beeb Ovens in Ohio.

Our business likes to treat our employees to a Bob Evans meal twice a week, even though this location is not the closest to us we drive the extra distance for the customer service and consistency this location has. Elena has always taken excellent care of us. Food is always ready and still hot when we pick up.Could not recommend this location more, just ask to speak with Elena and she will take care of you.

Simple order .. no substitutions... was literally the only person waiting for an order given the time I was scheduled to pick it up for to go.. to start they turn down someone with 20 years of professional and ownership in the restaurant service industry and cooking for a cooking position they have posted I inquire about which I completely understand due to my limited availability... but beyond that like I said given the time we were literally THE ONLY ORDER.. I arrived 15 minutes before my schedule time just to be early and ready for it fresh only to find it sitting on the counter waiting for me already without any heating lights or anything..my mistake I didn't double check my order but I didn't, only to get home to not have my green beans, had carrots instead , No biscuits for the sausage gravy , No rolls , and absolutely everything was COLD... NOT warm but COLD ... HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE MUCHLESS TIP UNTIL YOU KNOW YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT AND FRESH ... if they were slammed I could understand this happening but having 4 people there in the front including Alex the manager and 0 I repeat ZERO PEOPLE THERE to take care of ,they still screwed my order up this bad !!!! You all need much more HELP than just cooks ... ?‍♂️ very sad this is what Bob Evans has come to... I'm actually grateful she said with my ridiculous availability that it wouldn't work out cooking there ... As a food truck and catering company owner ,I absolutely would not stand for something like this in my kitchen when there 1 order to get CORRECT lol.. SADDDDDDD

I ordered 2 meals through Door Dash and only received part of one of the meals. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Received nothing for compensation. I just wanted a few dollars taken off for what I didn’t get. Instead got a comment of “not sure how they can miss an entire meal.” Well, they did…
