Been going there since they opened but stopped recently. Had an incident with rude bartender and slow service. One night ordered a pizza from bartender for very hungry wife. Bartender went to other end of the bar, didn't return until long after our food order had been sitting under the heat lamp for more than 10 minutes. Asked a different server to get the food since we could not get the bartender's attention (we were also out of the warm beer served by this establishment) who seemed unaware and unconcerned about the situation other than the fact she was, for some reason, personally offended that we wanted our order. Bartender suddenly moved back towards us after we started eating our lukewarm food and said "don't ever do that again". Next time we came back same bartender said she wouldn't serve us and we had to leave. At that time another customer said she was offended and asked to pay her bill. Rude bartender told us to call GM which we did. He said we couldn't go there and that he supported his "bartender" and my wife shouldn't be complaining about bad service and cold food while other customers were around. Advice: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Like most other restaurants, service is slow due to employee shortage. But the real problem here is their prices! I follow a low carb diet, so my only options here are wings or a salad. I had an order of wings, and my husband had a grilled chicken wrap (not on the menu) with fries. We both had just water. Our bill was just short of $40! (Before the tip). The 10 chicken wings were $18!!! Plus they charged me an additional .75 for ranch dressing. It would have been another additional charge had I asked for celery sticks. Me and my hubby do not drink, so we can’t speak to the prices of beer here. But we have so many choices in the area, that we will not come back here. It’s just way overpriced for the amount and quality of food.

My husband and I stopped in on a slow night. We were the second couple at the bar when we sat down and there was only one table occupied in the seating area. Despite this, it took us ten minutes to be greeted by somebody. We waited so long I was ready to get up and go somewhere else but my husband protested and convinced me to stick it out. When the bartender finally showed up she was very kind and made me a very delicious manhattan and that was the only highlight. We decided to try some appetizers before ordering our entrees. We got the Parmesan fries and some chicken bites. When our food came out it was lukewarm, gross and basically inedible but my husband being the human garbage disposal he is shrugged it off and ate it anyway. We decided not to order entrees, instead we paid our tab and walked to Chilis next door. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went for lunch on Sunday. The service was great and the beer selection was impressive! We ordered the soft preztle which had delicious dipping sauces. My husband is usually particularly about beer cheese and he thought it was great. The pizza was also great too. Overall recommend and would go back (especially for their Hoppy Hour).

Nate was fantastic. He was the only one bartending and waiting on the entire restaurant. He stayed calm, composed and in good spirits. There was also only one person cooking in the kitchen. They both did an outstanding job despite being severely short staffed. The pretzel and pizza are a must! Awesome people and awesome food!

The pretzel we ordered came with all of one kind of sauce - 3 of the same kind of sauce (the server indicated that this was a mistake and someone must have grabbed the wrong one).We received the other 2 sauces around 15 minutes later when the pizzas arrived. My first pizza was extremely under cooked and doughyAfter asking the pizza to be remade, about 20 minutes later I received another under cooked doughy pizza.I cut 2 pizza slices in half to show how under cooked the pizza was (my friends pizza was cooked fine initially and we knew what a cooked pizza should look like based on this example). After sitting at the table for around 10 minutes, we were able to flag the server down to ask for our checks (I did not want to chance a 3rd pizza at this point).I asked the server to speak to a manager and there was not any manager available to speak to and the server dropped off your card with the check.I emailed the manager from the business card the server dropped off and there was one reply without any follow up regarding food comps.

Hidden gem. After 2 failed attempts trying to dinner at two other restaurants, we found Beerhead. And I am so grateful we did!!My first fear was they would not have any low top tables for those in my party who could not access a high top. They do have low top tables, but not very many. It is a small area, so someone using a walker or wheelchair to get around may have difficulties navigating the restaurant. Not impossible, even less difficult once the patio opens and during non-peak hours.I ordered the Buffalo pizza. I have enjoyed the same type of pizza from other establishments, but this was the best one, by far!Everyone in my party (4 of us) loved what they ordered! Large portions for reasonable prices. I can definitely see this becoming my go to spot to take friends and family.I can't speak for the taste or quality of the beer, but they did have (guessing) 8½x11, 12pt font, 2-sided menu listing their beer options. I also caught that they serve flights.Go and enjoy some food!

Service was great. They need to ditch the menu & stick to beer. The brisket grilled cheese had so very little cheese, maybe 2 pieces of jalapeno & a slab if brisket that was more fat than meat for $15. The brisket should be sliced thinner & actually cover the bread. Cheese needs to be added to actually make it a grilled cheese. Unfortunately we ordered 2 if them & were hungry so ate we what we could..$30 error.

We have gone to Beerhead in the past and loved the food and environment but tonight was an extremely disappointing experience for my wife and I. We sat ourselves and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving while our server was too busy socializing with the cooks and chatting with What appeared to be her boyfriend at a nearby table. I can understand if the restaurant was busy however there were only a handful of tables taken.

We went here and won't be back. Sat our selves, had to get out own menus. Employees watched us. Finally got pizza, and it was below average. We have had better store bought pizza's.
